Good intention, but poor quality. Maybe we were unlucky the day we were there, but between the soprano, who seemed to have just woken up from a nap, and the singer (I'm not sure about the vocal range) who was out of tune at times, it seemed like a bit of a joke. The best is the pianist.

Concert cancelled and we were not notified. Doors locked and no sign regarding cancellation was on door. Nearby shop owner says this happens a lot. We felt scammed.

The organization was mediocre. It was not entirely clear where we should report to eat. The description stated that we had 70 minutes to eat and then the concert would start. After 70 minutes we had almost finished eating, but then we had to wait on the street for more than 60 minutes until we were allowed to enter the church for the concert. This should have been communicated better. The concert also started too late.
Furthermore, it is cheaper to book this experience without a meal. Then it will ultimately be cheaper for you.

Went to the restaurant to meet them and get the tickets. No one showed up and there was no instruction, so no opera and no contact since.
I don't know why this went wrong, as there was no contact since, so very poor.

A complete waste of our one Saturday evening in Florence. There was NO event. We spent over 28euro on cabs and walked all the way around the church area looking for signs, open doors,and asking locals. NITHING. Getting a refund is not enough. My husband wears a leg brace and it was 95 degrees. This is awful

It was so extremely hot inside the church, I could not listen to the music. Would not suggest that in the summer because of the heat

Absolutely brilliant evening. Makes opera more affordable and attainable. Performances were amazing and thoroughly entertaining. One not to miss if you’re in Florence.

J'ai réservé cette activité pour un weekend anniversaire avec ma belle-famille. Une énorme déception.
La soirée comportait un repas et de l'opéra.
En arrivant devant l'église, on apprend que le souper sera dans un restaurant partenaire. Juste que là, tout est bien ! En arrivant au restaurant, on apprend qu'ils sont complets et que tous les personnes faisaient cette activité allait devoir manger dehors. Nous avons donc soupé dehors début avril avec nos petites tenues (robes, collant). Aucune possibilité de rentrer même pour le dessert. Nous avons eu très froid et l'expérience s'est très vite dégradée. La nourriture est arrivée froide, même le thé...
L'opéra était sympa mais le restaurant nous a très vite déchanté.
En conclusion, l'organisme de l'activité avait transmis au restaurant les réservations le jour d'avant alors que le restaurant était déjà complet.
Aucune communication aux clients pour qu'ils prévoient de quoi avoir chaud...
