Our tour was amazing! I believe our tour guide was Pam and she was so informative and had such passion in all the stories she shared. Her explanations of the art was through and interesting. I would’ve never been able to know which paintings were most famous to look out for or the stories behind them if we didn’t have a tour. Great experience!

We are very disappointed. Two of us paid 200 euro for this tour and we didnt saw main artworks in galery Uffizi. Tour contains just second floor guided tour and noone told us about that in the start. The guide was not so well self-organized so we lost a lot of time in first paintings and after 2 and half hours we came to the room with Da Vinci and Michelangelo artworks when we were already tyred so she just has run through that room. The Tribune we didnt see at all, and its important! First floor is not included in this tour and noone told us about that. So in the end we didnt see Caravaggio, Rubens, Tizian... We are very dissapointed cause we are not in Florence every day and we paid a lot of money to have the best guide and experience and we got a fraud.

Thank you for your valuable review. This is the first time we have received a negative review for this tour. We always received 5 Star reviews on this tour if you check our review history. If you mentioned the Guide did not explain Caravaggio, Rubens and Tizian, we could investigate this matter; but others gave us 5 Star reviews on this tour. Therefore please send us a Booking reference number to investigate this situation and report soon. We are waiting for your reply. We want to you mention within 2 hours; that we can't explain all the arts inside the Uffizi. Our guide explains the most important paintings in the Uffizi Gallery.

Leonardo, la guida, ha accompagnato le mie figlie e me nelle stanze degli Uffizi, raccontandoci la storia di Firenze, dei Medici e del palazzo degli Uffizi e illustrandoci i quadri più importanti, da Giotto a Raffaello. Spiegazione chiara ed efficace, anche per i più giovani, grazie alla capacità di di coinvolgerli e di creare paragoni con l'attualità. Quasi due ore di percorso, che sono passate in un attimo!
Inoltre il museo era quasi deserto, per cui abbiamo avuto la possibilità di osservare e fotografare le opere da vicino senza code.

My husband and I were very disappointed in this tour company. We booked this tour in Early August for an October tour date. The day before our tour at 4 pm they sent an email saying they were canceling because not enough people signed up. We were on another tour til 9 pm that day an were unable to make other arrangements til the next day. As you probably have read, it is difficult to get Uffizi museum tickets if you do not book in advance. We thought we were well prepared but apparently this company does a poor job in filling up their tours to meet the minimum requirement needed to get into the museums. All other tours we booked around the same time had enough people signed up to conduct their tours. We ended up standing in line for an hour at the Uffizi and instead of getting tickets for 10 am we went at 3pm. Our tour with Star Florence was supposed to let us “skip the line”, so they cost us an hour of our vacation and disrupted our plans for the day. I caution you to not use this company because if you go in a busier season and they cancel on you, you might not be able to get tickets even from the Uffizi directly as they sell out. To top it all off, they never credited our account and we had to call them to get our money back when we got home! Really terrible customer service.
