Appreciate the work and commitment done by the company and our guide. After watching “The Medici” series it was really fascinating to see their palace in real life and also to know some more information about the main rulers of Florence back at that time. Highly recommend to everyone!

Since tickets on the website were sold out for the day I wanted to visit the Palace, I booked this tour so I could get in and see it. The tour itself was not very good though. Despite the title, facts from the Medici tv show were never mentioned. Most of the tour focused on other owners of the palace and not the Medici family. I personally didn’t like this tour because it was in French and English. Two other ladies were with me on this tour and they spoke French, so the tour guide always started speaking French in each room. She spent most of her time and energy in French, prioritizing other visitors, and then shortened the tour for me in English. The others had time to walk around the rooms after hearing the descriptions in French and were able to soak in the history, while I was rushed into the next room as soon as the English description was given. If you only have one day in Florence and this is what you want to see, you can buy this tour to gain entry to the Palace. I would recommend doing your own research in advance so that you know what you will be seeing in the Palace. The tour itself wasn’t very good because of the switching back and forth from French to English.

Our tour guide was excellent. She had a commanding and intimate knowledge of Florence and the subject matter of our tour. She was very accommodating and was able to answer detailed questions that we were giving her throughout the tour. The Palazzo had one of the main rooms closed to tours for the day but she sweet talked the museum staff to let our small group in. Absolutely fantastic and worth the price.

Se volete saperne di più sui Medici e come hanno aiutato Firenze a crescere, mentre vedete i luoghi storici dove hanno vissuto consiglio assolutamente questo tour. La guida è stata simpaticissima e molto precisa sulla storia della famiglia.
Abbiamo deciso dunque di fare un secondo tour, e ci ha fatto vedere la città su un altro tema, grazie a voi.

En el tour nos lo pasamos fenomenal. Las guías eran muy simpáticas y amenas y se notaba que sabían mucho y les gustaba su trabajo. Además nos dijeron de varios rincones con encanto de la ciudad poco conocidos para visitar en nuestro tiempo libre y nos encantaron. De matrícula de honor.
