Francesca was amazing! She was so warm and welcoming and we felt right at ease being in her home. She did an amazing job explaining what to do and why. She was helpful when it was needed but she gave us our space and independence to do it ourselves, as well. I highly recommend this as a must do when in Florence!

Francesca was a lovely easy going host, we chatted about our families as well as food ! She explained the steps and gave us cooking hints. Showed how to use the pasta machine and offered help as we got on with it. Explained the tools and pasta cutters. Served wine and cold drinks with our pasta lunch. Lovely modern apartment and homely outdoor space for eating lunch.

This was a very special experience as only my husband and I in the class. Francesca was delightful and we prepared our pasta meal which she finished and we ate in her charming courtyard

Francesca was super accommodating and friendly. She was also super helpful. I would recommend this class to anyone looking to learn how to authentically make tuscan pasta!

Cancelled our booking but did not communicate this to us or the 4 others who booked the class. We found out after we had already arrived at 11am as we waited outside. We wasted a morning for this, we would have done a day trip somewhere if we had have known in advance that the cooking class would not go ahead. Then I had to wait for refund which was frustrating.

So much fun cooking and being with Francesca in her home. She was a great teacher and made us be very hands on with the preparations for our meal. Everything turned out delicious and we had an amazing lunch on her back patio. My sister and I took our 20 year old girls and Francesca and them got along like friends!

We loved being invited into Francesca’s home to learn about Italian culture and food. She provided easy to follow instructions and was very patient with our attempts at creating homemade pasta. We left inspired to create these same recipes at home. This was my family’s favorite experience during our trip through Italy. Francesca was the perfect host!
