Our guide provided great information about the museum and arts. The tour is also well thought and easy to follow. We would recommend to anyone with an interest to the renaissance art with beginners knowledge.

Cosetta delivered a brilliant tour for a great small group. From the Academia Gallery to the Uffizi Gallery, Cosetta talked us through some of the most fantastic pieces of art in the world, with great enthusiasm and wonderful knowledge of art history. I couldn’t recommend the tour more highly, highlight of my trip to Florence for sure.

Stefania was one of the best walking guides we’ve ever had. Her English is extremely good.and her planning was very good.
Going with her was a very efficient and enjoyable way to discover the most important and interesting works in both the Galleria and the Uffizi, and her stories about each work brought them to life and helped us to look at each one in a more informed manner.
We would have got a lot less out of our visits if we’d gone on our own.
The walk between the two places was interesting too, and complemented what Stefania had told us in the galleries.

Rosie our tour guide was amazing! She was so personable and knowledgeable. We learned a lot and she made it fun! It was worth every penny! And she gave us a great recommendation for dinner.

Absolutely fantastic tour! Can’t imagine visiting these sights without the help of such a wonderful, enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide as Deborah. She was a bottomless fount of interesting and insightful facts about every piece of art and sculpture we saw. You can look at art and enjoy it. Deborah’s commentary allowed us to understand the stories and meaning behind it. Truly a joy!!

The information says 10-15 maximum number of people and that tour will be cancelled if the minimum number is not met. I cannot find what the minimum number is? or an email address to ask the tour operator?

I am not sure what the minimum number is. My tour had 12-14, some left after the Accademia. Within Trip Advisor, you should be able to write/contact someone. They will respond back.

When I purchased the tickets the wringer email was sent. So, never received the tickets.

On all the tours we took in Italy we saved our paid email confirmation. It always had the instructions for where to meet along with date and time. Most locations were busy and had more than one tour operator. But they were all helpful.
The tour guides have your tickets to enter any locations listed on your itinerary. they are also good at keeping an eye on the group in large seas of people. But you shouldn’t wander too far from your guide .
The skip the line part of these tours are worth the price alone. But along with that you get insights that walking alone you could easily not catch.

We travelled as two adults so unable to answer the question regarding child prices
I would suggest checking both adult & child prices with the company as all prices are subject to change

WE cannot be in Florence for start of tour before 10:00 a,m, Description of tour says 10 a.m.; however, when we put order in cart it says 9 a.m.
We are a minimum of 7 people wanting this tour and perhaps 4 or 5 more in our party.

We booked the 12:15 tour which finished at 16:15
Maybe that time is full on the day you are checking - you could try another day hopefully 12:15 is available
The group size was a maximum of 10 or 12 I believe
