DO NOT USE Trip advisor! Their booking and ticket access is THE WORST! I booked multiple tours through a variety of booking sites and Trip Advisor was the most difficult one. It’s impossible to access bookings and tickets on the app once paid for. We frantically attempted to access tickets from the app prior to tour and was only able to get tickets by searching confirmations email. I will never use trip advisor again. The tour itself was ok. The guide was a 5 star but we only got guided inside Uffizi for about 45 minutes of the 90 minute. The rest of the time was spent waiting in line to get into the museum.

I have been before but you learn so much if you go with a guide. A must museum if you are in Florence. You will see the well known paintings of Botticelli, Da Vinci, and Michelangelo as well as sculptures.

I have been to the Gallerie Uffitzi twice before, but neither experience (including one with a guide) compared to this one. Our guide was not only extremely knowledgeable, but had a clear passion for her subject. Instead of 'this is a room, here are the works that are most important', we were immersed in the story of the evolution of Renaissance painting, art, and politics in such a way that even my 13-year-old stayed engaged the whole time. I would definitely do it again.

Our guide, Ilaria, was amazing. She was knowledgeable of the artwork and understanding of some of the physical imitations of our group. She allowed us to rest, grab water and still see entire gallery. Her insightfulness knowledge and patience make her one of the best tour guides we have had in recent memory.

This was an amazing tour. Our guide was lovely and very knowledgeable. Having a guide changed our experience of the gallery and we appreciated what we were seeing so much more. I highly recommend this small group tour.

It was a nice tour with a small group. Learned interesting facts about the masterpieces that made the religious arts appreciation process less dull and full of surprises. The guide was knowledgeable and caring. Recommended

We had our tour with Greta. Very sweet and extremely knowledgeable. The Uffizi is so large, with so much to see. This tour made it less overwhelming by highlighting and explaining the very important works. We were then able to continue with the Uffizi at our own pace. We would definitely recommend this tour.

Pelin, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable, gracious, and had a wonderful sense of humor. She was patient with all of our questions and pointed out many interesting facts about the art we saw and the history behind it. We highly recommend this tour and we especially recommend that you request Pelin as your tour guide!
