Communication is terrible

Information was ambiguous. Two departure times, but no idea which one to choose.
Showed up for both times, waited gor an extra 30 minutes each time and no guide showed up.
Wasted an entire day and was only contacted later in the evening when we emailed to complain.

Amazing!!

Amazing class! We made exquisite tiramisu, ravioli and pizza in our class! Claudio was the best host, made sure everything was very clean and that we had a great experience! I appreciate him picking us up prior to the class and telling us more about Florence and some spots we could visit. 10/10 would recommend!!

The best cooking class we have ever taken.

My wife and I took this cooking class as part of our honeymoon and hands down it was the best part of the entire trip. We started by meeting Claudio and heading to a local market, away from the tourist center, to buy the ingredients that we would need to make our meal. Along the way we got to get aquatinted and learn more about what we would be doing in the class. Having our ingredients we made our way back to an apartment that is used to host the cooking class. The view from the apartment of the country side outside the city limits was breathtaking and offered the perfect backdrop for the class. Prepared for us when we arrived were some antipasti of bruschetta and cheese and meats with honey.

For our meal we prepared meatballs, spinach and ricotta ravioli, and tiramisu in what Claudio referenced as slow food. We have taken may cooking classes as a couple and most of them are focused on cooking techniques in a commercial style kitchen. This was truly authentic Italian home cooking in a warm and welcoming space cooking from the heart. The end result was a meal that ended up being one of the best we had on our trip to Italy.

More importantly, the person behind the experience, Claudio is as genuine and authentic as they come. You could feel the passion for cooking and zest for life immediately. Through the several hours of cooking and sipping wine, we got to connect with a great human and experience Tuscany through its food. We would highly recommend this experience for anyone that loves food and likes to immerse themselves in a new place.

A Great Culinary Class in Florence

It was a culinary highlight of our trip to Florence. Claudio's recipes produce fabulously delicious food. The recipes, as most Italian dishes are, were simple to follow and made with the finest ingredients. Of course, one other ingredient added was love: love of cooking and love of eating.
Claudio is charming and made the class a lot of fun.
