Salvatore was amazing . We were very pleased to have a cooking class that included making 3 different types of pasta as well as 3 types of sauces . Free wine ,soda and water was also included . I highly recommend this class if traveling to Florence . Well worth it .

Valentino was wonderful. Such a great chef and amazing teacher! This class was so amazing. We got to make three different types of pasta. Valentino wasso helpful and patient. Loved this whole experience, full of memories.

You learn how to make pasta, that is you make three types of pasta, Tortelloni, Ravioli & Papardelle, the sauces are prepared by the chef, in our case Antonio, he is fun and entertaining. There are two tables of eight, plus 4 places at the chef's table (Where the sauces get prepared). The meal was very tasty, plus there is free red/white wine & mineral water.

We where 3 from the same business trip and decided to do something fun together in our weekend off. It was the perfect break from work! Even though we signed on individually we where able to get together in the same room. There was two rooms where one smaller group was inside, in a room closed of by a glassdoor from our space. Our cooking stations where in an outdoor indoor kind of backyard. Which was nice as it got hot and the occasional wind was nice. Three stations where available with two stations of 8 people and the one for 6 people overlooking the prep station and industrial cookers. We all got matching aprons and was showed the sink to get clean hands before starting to work. Our class was for tortellini with sage butter sauce, ravioli with tomato, garlic and basil sauce and papardelle with Tuscan red ragu. The two first sauces was made during the time the pasta was cooking and the ragu was prepared first, so that when it was time to cook the papardelle the ragu had gotten enough time to be cooked to perfection 👌
All utensils, tools and ingredients where available on the work stations. For the ricotta filling we got instructions, but also freedom to create after own taste. Great instructions, lots of laughs and great food - and of course red or white wine and water during the whole class. Would do it again! We had the 2.30 class and it was perfect for lunch. Would recommend for friends, family or travlers looking for a nice experience outside sightseeing.
This was my frist cooking class in Italy. I have had pasta course in Norway, but this was another experience! No experience is needed, only a open mind and a want to learn and enjoy.

We had Lorenzo as our chef/instructor and he was fantastic! He really showed you all the techniques and explained how to replicate at home. My husband and I enjoyed the class very much, and the food was so yummy!

Our teacher was so informative and fun! She kept the Chianti coming too! Only regret was that we couldn’t keep or purchase our aprons.
