- SchloshZ0 条分享Siena, San Gimignano的充实旅行在佛罗伦萨旅行的日子里我们报名参加了CiaoFlorence组织的Siena, San Gimignano, Monteriggioni与品酒的一日游。一天四个地方的确很紧张，不像我们平常自由行的悠闲，但是旅行安排的紧凑使得效率也很高。48人一团，我们四个人是唯一来自亚洲的旅客，但和来自五湖四海的游客也聊的很开心，这的确是一个认识朋友、欣赏风景、学习艺术文化的好机会。导游Antonio非常耐心，为我们详细介绍每一个景点。在Siena还为我们提供导游讲解器，方便了解教堂内部作品信息。 唯一美中不足的就是在报名联络方式的选择上有些不方便，为了剩下国际漫游费，我选择用Whatsapp与他们联系，但是并没有及时得到回复，即便信息都显示“已阅”；后来只能打电话向他们报名，通话质量不清晰使得我的名字也被听错，报名 voucher也没有发到我的邮箱内（估计也是听错了），还好出发当天比较顺利，不用过于担心。撰写日期：2017年4月21日

Amazing experience, exceeded expectations. Chef Matteo was the best, freindly, knowledgeable about everything local. Loved the Market tour before cooking. Would highly recommend.

Matthew and Stefano were spectacular. Matthew was a legit long time chef born and raised in Florence and took time to explain all the steps with story telling to go along about his life in Florence. Took 3 children in their twenties and we laughed the whole time. We made the most delicious Ragu and tomato sauce with Tagliatelle and Ravioli. We will surely use the recipes again and again and will think of this experience! Unforgettable Florence experience! Do with your family and / or friends!!

Really lovely cooking morning with the ciao team. We had a nice mix of people from different countries and made some lovely recipes. We particularly liked the traditional ragu bolognaise which was completely different to how we make it in England but delicious and rich. The tiramisu could have done with some alcohol but again maybe that is a British thing! Overall a lovely morning and a break from all the great sights seeing in Florence.

Such a wonderful experience with wonderful people! From the morning market haul with Chef Matt, to the ragu making, pasta rolling, and tiramisu assembling everything about this class was perfect. Matt was a wonderful, patient and truly friendly Chef who guided us each step of the way. Thank you for the most perfect Florence cooking class experience!

A must go of you are in Florence. The class was so much fun . Orietta our teacher was a blast and very informative. 10/10. The best part was getting to try your food after yum.

My friend and I did this cooking class and it was a perfect rainy day activity. The chefs were so friendly and amazing at explaining the process so you get a true understanding of cooking authentic Tuscan dishes. All the food was incredibly delicious and I can’t wait to recreate it for my family at home!

We had an incredible time. The market tour was so much fun and it was great to see all the fresh local ingredients we would be cooking with. We had a great time making the pasta and tiramisu the food at the end was incredible. It was so informative and very enjoyable. The two chefs were the best part of the experience, they were so helpful and made the experience so much fun. I would most definitely recommend!!

I was honestly surprised by how great this experience was while around half the price of similar others I was considering, and ended up being a highlight of our trip.
The Chef Matteo was more than friendly, a fun great guy, not only did he show us how to make everything but took care to explain why as we went along.

This was such a fun way to spend some time in Florence! Chef Stefano was brilliant (and was very patient with all the questions from some of the North Americans in the group). You learn how to make pasta dough from scratch and turn it into beautiful fresh hand-cut pasta. While the dough rests you also create an excellent tiramisu from the initial ingredients.
The chefs cook the sauces but explain everything as they go, and this was probably the best bolognese sauce I’ve ever tasted (even as someone who has cooked it myself many many times). Ciao Florence were fantastic and we’d certainly book one of their experiences again 👍
