我出发前在网上查到对Nicola的评价不错，所以就给他发了个Email。Nicola马上就回复了我。并讲好了价钱和服务的内容。他的费用是固定的，可以由八个人均摊。尽管我们只有四个人，还是比船上提供的一日游要便宜，于是我们就讲好定下…

Booking was easy and straightforward. The company was very supportive and obliging. We wanted to tour Florence and if possible Pisa just to view the leaning tower. We were met at the gangplank of our ship and escorted in a new comfortable SUV for the 6 of us. During the drive from Livorno to Florence the guide, Mattias provided lots of information. The SUV was able to park right in the centre of Florence and to stay there all day We toured all the major sites with Mattias providing information as we went. If we wanted to see something Mattias arranged it and included it in the tour. He also recommended a local restaurant for local food. A treat because it was truffle season. Mattias arranged time slot tickets to visit the Accademia to view Michelangelo's David - one of the fabulous treasures. We had read extensively about the features of Florence and Mattias did not miss showing us as much as we could absorb. En route back to the ship he took us to Pisa where he knew an uncrowded viewing spot very close to the tower. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to fellow travelers.

Diego was our driver and he was amazing. Very informative and took us to some amazing places. I would highly recommend this service if visiting Florence and Pisa.

Top-quality, personal service. We decided on this trip to Liguria as an alternative to what would have been a longer road trip (with children) to Florence from Civitavecchia port. Nicolà picked us up as scheduled. Pleasant personality and plenty of suggestions. We stopped in Chiavari to see town and local market, and coffee and pastries at the marvelous Paticceria Copello. Nicolà had an excellent suggestion for lunch at La Camogliese in the seaside town of Camogli, which we never would have found out about otherwise. One of our best meals in Italy. Short drives through Rapallo and Santa Margherita, and on to Portofino for a short visit. All doable within the cruise-ship´s timetable. He took us right into the harbor to board the ship. Mille graze!

I availed services of different tour companies while in Italy. I would say the tour with Nicola Scovenna was the BEST!!! Our driver/tour guide Maria Clara was exceptional!! She was very knowledgeable and authentic. I like her personality and no upsell of any sort. She brought us to places and food that we like to explore.
Too bad, we didn’t get the chance to have a picture with her. Surely, next time, I would avail again the service of Nicola and request for Maria Clara.

We booked directly from their website and chose the private Lucca and Pisa tour. Our driver Clara picked us up right in time and she was wonderful!! We were on a 10 day cruise and had several private tours booked throughout the med, but Clara was our favorite of them all!! She first dropped us off in Lucca and helped us find a place to rent bikes for the day, which we had been wanting to do. Clara patiently waited for us as we spent the several hours biking all over Lucca. We met her back at our meeting spot at the designated time we set and then it was off to Pisa. The company had purchased our tickets to climb the tower ahead of time and we got there with time to spare. After seeing Pisa, our drive back to the ship with Clara was a great one. By the end of the day it was like she was a close friend we had spent the day with, it was perfect for our family of 5. I highly recommend this company and recommend Clara!!

Nicola made sure our trip from Pisa to Cinque Terre, Modena, Bologna and finally Venice was comfortable and well organized. He was very knowledgeable and made very good suggestions of things to see and do along the way. He arranged tours of balsamic vinegar and Parmesan cheese facilities for us. He made sure we ate at one of his favorite restaurants in Modena which had amazing food! Booking was very easy and he and Susy stayed in contact the whole time. You’ll be in good hands with Nicola and his team!

Booked our tour online after reading great reviews about this tour Company. They were amazing from start to finish, great correspondence before we left, met us at the cruise terminal on time and everything went perfect! Catered for all our needs and requests.
Teresa, our guide was super friendly, incredibly helpful and a great tour guide/driver.
I would not hesitate in recommending this company to anybody or using them again in the future.

Before taking this tour, we searched several options on the web. We were able to talk to the owner Nicola using the toll free number. He was extremely helpful and gave us very good advice. There were five of us so we had the entire minivan to ourselves. The tour guide and driver, Elisabetta is excellent. She is very knowledgeable and informative. She took time to answer questions about the area, local restaurants and where to shop, etc. We really enjoyed the trip and strongly recommend Nicola private tour.
