Trip was booked and paid for months in advance. I received an email stating they were Cancelling the trip 2 days before we were due to arrive.

Bonsoir, il vous a été expliqué qu'il serait possible de confirmer une autre heure que celle que vous avez indiquée. Ceci est stipulé dans les conditions de vente, mais comme personne ne lit jamais ce qu'il commande, nous recevons généralement de nombreuses plaintes si l'heure confirmée est différente de celle choisie. C'est pourquoi, afin de ne pas gêner l'emploi du temps du voyageur, nous préférons rembourser intégralement le montant payé et laisser le client libre de trouver le billet à l'heure qu'il souhaite.

"Weekend in Italy" cancelled my ticket two days before the event, despite having a confirmation number. And now i have to arrange for my own refund, it's not even automatic.

They sold us a product and then it was worthless. We had to go to an agency to buy the tickets again and they were cheaper than what we had paid. They're scammers.

Unfortunately the climb to the PISA tower was cancelled and I did not understand why. But for my happiness I arrived in Pisa by train, took a local bus and went to the Torre area. I took some pictures and was content to see the Tower from below. I still don't know if I got the money back. I need to check this out.

Do not book with this company. We confirmed our booking weeks in advance. Then the company sent an email the day before our tour saying they couldn’t get tickets to the Leaning Tower. Don’t confirm if you don’t have tickets. Was such a disappointment.

Not happy at all with this reservation. Confirmed with Tour Operator 3 months in advance - required to pay in advance with operator stating No Refunds after payment. Operator subsequently canceled my reservation the day before stating it was fully booked. Terrible business practice.

TripAdvisor messaged saying they were canceling my reservation. We did not get a refund and did not get to experience. Unprofessional to have a confirmed booking and 2 days before say the company canceled, when we went to Pisa anyways the time we had set had plenty of reservations available.

DO NOT BOOK. Tickets for the tower were booked and paid for several weeks ahead of our trip.
48 hours before we were due at the tower we were told that they couldn’t book us due to availability.
Then instead of immediately refunding us we were told to contact Viator.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

Under no circumstances would i recommend this Company to anyone - booked our tickets over four months ago and rushed back from Lucca to walk the tower - had no email no nothing - I checked trip advisor and saw a message saying that they hadn’t purchased my tickets and can’t get them
I knew when I booked this tour that it was non refundable if I cancelled but I didn’t think they would cancel
It appears to be a regular occurrence with this company
I would recommend to book direct
Spent the last hours of my holiday trying to get my money back however I had to follow Trip Advisor on FB and then messaged them and I’ve now had a full refund but this doesn’t make up for the ruined afternoon and disappointment for myself and family

Hi - bought tickets for June - but although we have received "confirmation emails" - clicking on the "get tickets" links brings up a page that says "this is not your ticket"!
Impossible to get any access to Viator (app doesn't work) or "weekend in Italy" unless we telephone an Italian number - and can't retrieve tickets from their website after registering either....
Beginning to think we've been scammed .....?

Thank you - having sought advice from disputes - it seems that we have to wait until after the day of the trip to "not get" the tickets, for us to lodge a dispute of non-receipt.
Time will tell. We will update after the trip with a review to advise of what happened for future TripAdvisor clients as to the success or otherwise of the event. It just still seems strange that the link to "get tickets" doesn't work.
here's hoping....
