Booked the tour via Geneva Tourism Office.Starting early in the morning fm Geneve Bus bus Station was on time with full information by our driver&guide Mr Normunds.By getting full Gold package,we had the opportunity to use all facilities related to this full day tour.Mr.Normunds was very kind and helpfull during entire tour.Strongly recommended.

Very good tour with interesting guide (Ivars/Roger) and good driver ( Constantinos). Everything is perfect. Gruyeres ' Castle is wonderful as well as the medieval village. Chocolate and cheese factory were interesting to visit. In the chocolate factory you have a kind of vivid demonstration of the history of chocolate ! 🍫

Very nice tour again my favourite part was the chocolate factory,the cheese was good butI had only normal ticket so couldn't taste foundu there and I bought panoramic train on the second class I think It was a good choice

This is a must do in Switzerland!! It is one of the most beautiful part of the country with endless mountains surrounds you the entire way. The cheese factory is a wonderful experience and very informative.
The chocolate tour is a must for anyone who loves chocolate!

It was even better than we expected. Through interactive displays we learned all about the history and processes of chocolate and cheese making. Plus the castle and village shops were interesting. The chocolate was exquisite and the cheese fondue 🫕 lunch was great, and a welcome opportunity to get to know some of the others on the tour. The train ride through the mountains showed us a glimpse of the real Switzerland. It took us down to Montreux, the Swiss Riviera, for a short walk on the promenade. I appreciated the guide telling us some facts along the way.

Had a wonderful time at the Chocolate and cheese factory. The guide was very nice to explain every aspect of the tour. His humour made the tour more lively and memorable. Thank you Mr.Norman a d our happy face driver Mr.Thomas. we had a good time.

Highly recommend this tour. Well done and organized. My favorite was the cheese tour and The town of Gruyère was awesome. Cheese & fondue was were delicious and there were plenty of IG worthy photo opts! Day well spent.

Very good experience. The main problem we were facing in Switzerland was language but had no problem with key tours. They were very friendly and helpful. One thing I really admired about them is punctuality. 👍

We really enjoyed the whole trip. Guide was very good, sorry can’t remember his name. The highlight for me was the chocolate factory, but we couldn’t fault the rest of the day. Highly recommended
