Good tour for seeing highlights
The bus tour was great. The guide was very knowledgeable and nice. The small train was good, but the speakers needed to be louder. It was hard to hear. There were no stops in old town

Great tour around the city giving you knowledge of the city and helping with bearings. The coach and touring train are great giving different views. The tour guides are very knowledgeable and engaging, great tour.

Not the best experience!

The tour did take you through the International area which was good, but the time off the bus was rushed and the guides narration was not very interesting.
The small train was terrible - you could not hear any of the narration through the speakers, and had no idea where you were.
There was also no option as to where you disembarked.
I would not recommend this - there are other tours that I think would be more fun and more value for the money.

Geneva has a lot of buildings that are important for meetings and world leaders but, I found them underwhelming. We booked this trip for the sleep deprived day that we arrived from the US to Geneva. The guide's voice was annoying while he was doing the narration.

Worthwhile Tour

I booked this tour for 3 of us and it met my expectations. The tour guide (sorry I didn’t get her name) was great and the bus driver friendly. The description of the tour is exactly how it was - nothing more and nothing less. The meeting place was Key Tours office which was easy to find as there was signage although a couple that joined us on the bus were not happy as they seemed to have trouble finding it. The only thing I wasn’t impressed with was the portion of the tour in which we went on a small train. The intercom system is bad - we had no idea what was being said.

Not a good experience.

The trip as advertised did not take place and was definitely not worth the price paid for it. It was supposed be a 2 hour tour to include the United Nations, the Old Town, Flower Clock and Jet Fountain,etc with options to end the tour at 3 locations. It was only 1 1/2 hour long with a 10 minute stop to transfer from a bust to a small train to go around the Old Town. It did not include the Flower Clock or the Jet Fountain and the acoustics on the train were so poor we could not understand what was said. We were not given any options for ending the tour and were told the tour ends here with out any reason given for where we ended.

Zurich City Tour

A wonderful tour to see the City of Zurich . . Loved the old Village walking Tour . Our guide Greg was amazing. Extremely knowledgeable with a fantastic sense of humor. We learnt so much about Switzerland from Greg . Loved the boat cruise too . There is clearly lots of walking , do make sure you have good walking shoes / sneakers . Request Greg if you can. We did Lindt tour on our own after the tour but that is also a must but can be done without a guide . Thanks . Dr Randeep Suneja .
