Chamonix in one word was breathtaking(of course at an altitude of 4600m, Oxygen can be a issue. LOL). A beautiful trip from Geneva into the French Alps is highly recommended. To make this even better, we had one of the kindest and sweetest person who drove us from Chamonix to Geneva. Mr Marzio offered us perfect and safe service. He had stayed in India for a while and had lot of stories to share when he found out that we were from India. Would say it was one comfortable drive back after delightful sites of the Alps.

Our guide Alex was very nice and tried to help us navigate this tour. Despite asking for an English guide, Alex and I had trouble communicating. This tour takes you to locations but you still have to buy tickets - which is clear. However when we went the crowds were so big that getting a ticket to the top of the mountain proved to be undoable. We wouldn't have been able to go up until 3pm and we couldn't come back down until after 6pm, putting us back in Geneva too late. If you can book your tickets for the attractions before the trip then maybe this would have worked better, but without knowing when we'd arrive at a given site I didn't know how to make the ticketing work. Disappointing because we were looking forward to being on the mountain.

Thank you for having the tour with us and we apologize that it was a disappointing experience for you. Apparently, we have packages that you can choose, which includes + tickets and lunch with the trip. You have choosen transport only. If you opt-in to our +tickets, we will reserve the cable car for you and you will be able to go up as early as 10h20 or when you arrived. You can also use the same ticket to ride the Montenvers railway to visit the Mer de Glace and the ice cave.

Aristotle was our private guide Chamonix/Mount Blanc. He was so personable and friendly, we felt like we had known him for years. Paying for private tour with him definitely made a difference with getting tickets on the gondola and train rides. He gave us tips what to do and where to do it. He hung out with us for a while but also gave us our private time. He took us on a really nice and short hike to a waterfall that had a café where we had beer and wine. It was a hidden gem off the beaten path. We were not rushed at all. He was a great driver who knew a lot about the area. I highly recommend him.

What stunning views. To go that high on a mountain and look down. So impressive. Too many steps for glacier tour but still worthwhile to do the train. Aristotle was our tour guide - thrilled we did private - so costs more but so worth it - all at our pace and our wants - he was engaging and very personable and made the day even more special

Excellent private trip to Chamonix. Private van was new, clean and roomy. Our guide, Telis, was prompt and a great guy. He showed us a few non- tourist areas and made sure we had plenty of time to enjoy our individual itinerary. Highly recommend a cable car to the top of the mountain. Great trip.

I had an amazing trip to Mont Blanc through GVA excursions. Our driver was Telis., he was very patient with all in the bus. He Gave us proper instructions for our entire tour. In the bus he was interacting and made us comfortable to enjoy our journey also.

Demetrious is our Driver on our trip. We are a group of 10 people and we are from UK. In our group we have a disabled person, though disabled he can still travel though his ability is quite restricted. Let me point out why our tour/driver is superb.
*He patiently waited for us when he pick us up from the hotel.
*When I brought up my concern about my husband having a headache and the wife of my disabled friend who felt like she will pass out due to heat. He immediately resolve it by moving people around. Changing sit.
*He was challenge and told off by a couple who was on the coach with us even accusing him of being racist because he help a disabled Asian man? How could that be racist? He was threatened that they will complain and will give bad review but he did not bend down but kept up with his principles that he is responsible for the health and safety of his passengers and he must give priority to a disabled person.
*He even took us to see a water falls just an extra gesture from him and his company.
*When we asked him if he can recommend a local restaurant for us to taste local cuisine. He take us their at the end of our trip.
If you will ask me if I will recommend the service of this company? Based on our experience... I would say with a driver like Demetrious it’s a yes!!! Very seldom you will find people who has principle and pride on their job. Hope he will keep up with it and may your company find more staff like him.
By the way if their is any downside... it is with the coach we have used..my husband and my friend get dizzy due to heat inside the coach when you sit at the back. This can be remedied by checking that your air-condition can reach the very back specially on summer time. My disabled friend suggest not to put people at the back or don’t cram up the coach during summer time.
Hope your general manager can read this review to give recognition where it’s due. Thanks and I will use your company again and will recommend it to my friends families and colleagues in the office when they want to visit Chamonix.

Hi. We are a group of four and are interested in a private trip to Chamonix. We would like to leave in the morning but only want to take the cable car. Where do we purchase the ticket for that? Also, would it be possible to do the cable car, spend some time in the Chaminox, and be back to Geneva by about 4:00. Is that possible?
