Like others have mentioned, this boat is hard to find so do lookout for small bird sign and try to be there atleast 15 minutes before your scheduled time and not miss this activity. It’s a 12 seater boat and not as fancy or choppy and the captain served us great cheese n beverages. History of Geneva and other fun facts were shared along the way. You get pretty close to Jet. definitely recommend this company and activity.

Horrible instructions on where to meet. Tour guide was very pleasant and courteous…however the only thing he pointed out was Mont Blanc- no other information or landmarks. He got us close to the fountain which was nice.

Båten gick 15 minuter sen. Tillbaka efter 45 minuter d v s endast 45 minuter istället för en timme. Ingen guid alls! Efter en halv timme protesterade vi att vi inte fått åka förbi de lovade stationer, 5 stycken. Till slut åkte han förbi fountainen och spenderade sista 10 minuterna där. Inget annat. Vi fick se femte del av stationerna som finns beskrivna enligt bokningen. Ni behöver betala tillbaka minst 2 tredje del av pengar vi betalade. Inte värt. Rekommenderas EJ.

We had a really great time during the "Sightseeing cruise in Geneva with wine and aperitif"! With my boyfriend, we had a lot of fun. The small boat creates a very intimate atmosphere, while remaining friendly because we were not alone. The wine and aperitif were perfect, and the views from the lake are simply beautiful. It was a very nice experience, to be repeated without hesitation. An outing that I highly recommend to anyone who wants to spend a good time on the lake. Do it again without hesitation! 🌞🚤🍷

Cruise was very nice. The driver was friendly. The wine and snacks were good. I read the reviews about it being hard to find. It is directly to the left of the grey crane. There is no number or sign.

Boat was hard to find, quaint not labeled as L4 or Swisstours in any way. We and two other couples were waiting in the entirely wrong place.

Complete con. We stood in the correct place 30 minutes before the trip was due, but no boat showed up and nobody came to look for us. Rang the office who confirmed we were in the right place but claimed the boat had gone without us. Money back was refused.

Good morning, we are sorry you feel disapointed. If you were on the correct place, you would have find the boat which stops at the crane. If you call us after departure time, the boat is gone obviously. We are sorry maybe we can propose you another date. Best regards

I would rate describing/finding the location as big fat zero, but the trip itself as a delightful 5.
It would help if the tour company highlighted that the starting point is across the street from the Grand Hotel Geneve (may come up on your google maps as Fairmont Grand), and that the Paquis Crane that they cite as a meeting point is a small mechanical crane (not a bird) on a raised cement platform that is situated to the left of the port de mouettes as you face the lake itself (where the local transport authority's red and yellow commuter boats go back and forth across the lake).
Everything else was exactly as advertised - no emission boat, maximum of 12 persons (we had just 8), wine and cheese a plenty, and no annoying audio guide playing on people's phones.
So despite the difficulty in finding the location, I would highly recommend and felt it was well worth the slightly higher price in favor of a smaller number of passengers and a more environmentally-friendly boating option. Book it, you won't regret it.

Don’t go! We never found the meeting point. There was no signage and no one looked for us or rang us! We arrived half an hour early and waited at the exact point indicated on the map! We never saw the described boat or saw the boat leave! When we rang the office they told us we had missed it but we were there waiting at the exact indicated spot! We applied for a refund and was refused it! There were 3 of us, a couple and a friend, which meant 3 of us to judge where to find the boat too! We are £75 euros out of pocket. I recommend you not to trust this trip!

I'm so sorry to hear that you had a disappointing experience with our tour. The meeting point is at the crane, you were not waiting on the right place. You called after the boat left so you did miss it. We are sorry but if you call us before we can help you more with directions
