This was an amazing trip! Our tour guide was Kid and he was fabulous. He was excited, informative, full of energy, and always made sure everyone in the group was accounted for at all times. If he was missing anyone, he quickly ran around to find them.
He told us during the whole trip where the best photo opportunities were.
The only problem, which wasn’t something anyone had control over, was that the last train to take us to the top of the mountain had trouble in the morning, which backed up all of the trains for the rest of the day. That cut our time short on the mountain, but Kid fought for us to get to each of the most important spots and took pictures of us with our own cameras.
I highly recommend this trip!

An uplifting and comical trip. Our tour guide Kid made the trip a memorable one. He went beyond and above what we have expected. If you are looking for a single day event, this IS IT with Kid as your guide.

Joining the crowd that rates this a 5, it really is the trip of a lifetime. The scenery that changes, the views, the train rides, the cable car and of course the Top of Europe experience. You really do notice the thin air. Our tour leader for the day Kid was just OTT crazy amazing and took some superb photos of us enjoying the trip and got us navigated quickly through lines etc. A must do.

Tour guide Kid is awesome! He was constantly grabbing phones and taking great pics & videos. Just hand it over. He’s a little hard to understand but we got what he was saying.
The top of the mountain is super cool. Follow Kid in the beginning to get great pics. Liked the 4 modes of transportation up and back. We were picked up at 9:30 and didn’t have food options until 2:30ish so definitely bring something. Would totally recommend.

This trip was amazing
Really enjoyed
Weather was awesome.
Short time at interlaken only 20 minutes stay.
Was not enough to interlaken otherwise remaining tour time was excellent.
Tour guide Korean accent was very cooperative.
His attitude firstly feels rudely but then I feel it's his nature as a commercial guide.
But feel friendly after sometimes.

Tour ran smoothly from pick up through to drop off. Our guide, Kid, was great at entertaining the bus on the drive to Interlaken and, although he was a bit blunt sometimes, he definitely made sure everyone knew where to be and when so as not to miss any connections. That directness was also fantastic to help navigate the crowds and get the best seats on the various modes of transport. Gotta give a shout out to the bus driver, as well.
Views were stunning on the way up the mountain, just a shame it was clouded over while we were at the peak!
The complex on Jungfrau is well organised and an astounding piece of engineering when you think about it. Plenty to do and see but I think we made the right choice to revisit the outside balcony once the masses had moved on.
Overall, definitely a great experience and worth the money to have the transfers and logistics taken care of for you.

Tour guide Raymond was great! Multilingual and coordinated the trip so that everything ran smoothly, as it does involve multiple transfers (bus, trains, cable cars). He was knowledgeable about each of the stops. Extended our stay at the top b/c it was one of those gorgeous days that had great visibility. Also helped us take some pictures to remember the trip by. Check the weather before you book!

Is this trip safe for a person with a controlled heart condition or is the altitude a problem with breathing?

I did feel a little short of breath from the altitude when climbing stairs but other that a couple flights of stairs there is nothing strenuous. I think you will be fine. I'm answering that based on my own personal experience and the fact that I am an emergency physician.

no, but the bus makes regular stops at rest facilities. I can not answer the question about the train. You are never more than an hour between stops.
