我们一家三口叫了一个导游开车载我们去的，还不错，看着湖上的天鹅跟鸳鸯戏水，小孩都不肯走了！也逛了表店，都是比较贵的！

This guided tour left from the Tourist Info office at the train station. It was a little more than $20. It was very very basic. No history. Just here are a few sights. I like something more in depth but was leaving that day so caught the morning tour. Had already seen these places.
Check for scheduling if you want to try it. It is not available everyday and times change with no warning.

We are very sorry that the city tour did not meet your expectations. It is of great concern to us that we can offer our guests a high quality and satisfactory service.
Lucerne has a lot to offer. Unfortunately, due to the limited time, our guides cannot go into detail about all the sights and their historical facts in detail on the city tour. But we understand you of course. We will certainly take your input on board so that our guides can integrate more historic facts on the next guided tours.

Save your money! Sadly, not very much, was covered during this tour. Frankly, simply using the Rick Steve’s’ “Reuss River Stroll” in his Switzerland would have been much more effective and interesting. How much time can one spend to hear about the birds that live in the tower! Our tour guide didn’t even take us on the Chapel Bridge! (Kapellbrücke).

It is of great concern to us that we can offer our guests a high quality and satisfactory service.
Lucerne has a lot to offer. Unfortunately, due to the limited time, our guides cannot go into detail about all the sights on the city tour. However, the Chapel Bridge as one of the most important landmarks of the city should definitely be part of the tour. We will certainly take your input on board so that our guides can integrate it on the next guided tours.

Galgenfrist - Die beiden Damen waren mir Herz und Seele dabei. Sehr eindrückliche und kaum fassbare wahre Geschichte. Wir hatten Teilnehmende aus der ganzen Schweiz und ebenso Einheimische, auch diese waren begeistert.

Die Gruppe war sehr zufrieden mit der Stadtführung in Luzern, die von unserem Stadtführer Fausto geleitet wurde. Er war kompetent, humorvoll und hatte eine große Leidenschaft für die Stadt und ihre Geschichte. Er interessierte sich auch für die Bedürfnisse und Fragen der Gruppe und war immer bereit, weitere Informationen zu liefern. Während der Führung hat uns Fausto interessante Details über die Fassaden in Luzern und die historischen Hintergründe der Stadt erzählt. Insgesamt war es eine sehr informative und unterhaltsame Erfahrung.

Great walking tour! Very informative and hits all the spots to see. We even went into the church and the guide had great recommendations for lunch.

Galgenfrist - eine sehr spannende Stadtführung mit grusligen Einsichten in frühere Richt-/Strafmethoden. Heidi macht das mit sehr viel Herzblut und abwechslungsreichen Geschichten, die einem so sicher im Gedächtnis bleiben. Einzig den Ausführungen des Wasserturm-Chefs zu folgen, war etwas anstrengend.
