Wow! What an incredible experience! I strongly recommend it. It was my first time and it went really well. Alan was super friendly and professional, and always ensured the greatest comfort, safety and excitement. Excellent equipment too.

Didn’t expect to find another Yorkie at the top of the Rothorn but maybe I should have.
Alan was excellent , well organised and professional. A little wind and snow at take off but no worries , calm clear instruction , the Matterhorn to your left and a beautiful experience including a few goes on the controls

Absolutely incredible! What an amazing experience. I'm so glad I went through with it, even though I was a bit nervous at first. But the moment I met Larissa in the office, she completely put me at ease. Then, when I met Bruce, I felt 100% confident that for my first flight, I was in the hands of such an expert.

It was an amazing experience which I would recommend highly. The team were super helpful. Everything was explained and it was fun. I flew with Alan, who is clearly very experienced and who was happy to take me with my skis and my ski-mojo. Thanks !

This experience was amazing. Coolest thing I have ever done and totally worth the money. Our pilots, Alan, Joel, and Bruce were the best and we felt so comfortable.

I was looking for something exciting and memo to while visiting Zermatt. I came across this excursion to go paragliding. I had several questions prior to making my reservation and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the communication I received via messaging. They were quick with responses and so helpful. Once my excursion was booked, I met Bruce the morning of our adventure. He was timely and so informative. You can tell that Bruce is passionate about paragliding and truly made my whole experience that much more special. I was beyond thankful for his patience and encouragement throughout the whole process. I added on the pictures and video option and I loved the end products for me to treasure for many years to come. I highly recommend this experience while visiting Zermatt. If you are able to, I would recommend Bruce 100 times over.

Amazing experience! Alan was friendly, clear with his instructions, great at taking pictures, and an excellent pilot! It is a little pricey, especially if the currency exchange is not in your favour, but worth doing if you’re in Zermatt and the weather is good.
I was late meeting Alan at the Gornergrat and missed the train - it had taken longer to get back from Cervino than I expected. As that was the last train up, I thought I was out of luck. Alan didn’t make any promises, but he said we could attempt to go from the higher launch point near the peak. The wind was good and we ended up soaring over the glacier during the sunset. I’m glad he didn’t just give up and keep my money, as he could have.
Definitely leave yourself enough time to get to the meeting point if you’re skiing on the mountains. A good 2 hours at least, as 1.5 was not enough for me.

The age limit is not fixed, you can fly if you are older than 60 years provided you are in good physical health and quite fit. It would depend on your age weight and height, if you contact Matterhorn paragliding and let them know your details, they can let you know if you’re suitable to fly. Sometimes it depends on the time of day, or the time of year, as this affects the winds on takeoff.
