Fun introduction to Switzerland; couldn’t see well
This was a fun way to enjoy the city! Our guide mostly showed us where different things were in the city currently. He didn’t really give us historical information, so I’d suggest booking a walking tour if you’re looking for more of that. The wine and fondue part was great! The only thing that I didn’t enjoy was that the frame of the tuktuk was directly in our line of vision, so we had to duck down the whole time to actually see out. I noticed that another couple on the experience in a different tuktuk had a taller roof, and didn’t seem to have this issue. But it was still fun!!

Unique and tasty tour of a beautiful city.

We are two boomer couples who knew we would be jet lagged in Zurich and not keen on walking a lot, but wanting to see as much of the city as possible. We love to drink wine and since the Swiss are known for their fondue this tour seemed to tick all the boxes. Our tour guide was great - fun, knowledgeable and flexible about where we toured. It was a bit difficult finding the meet up spot. Our phone app wasn’t directing us correctly and it was a bit past the train station so there was some stress thinking we might not find the meeting place. We did arrive in time and would highly recommend this tour. So much attention as we tooled through the cobblestone streets drinking wine and eating way too much fondue!

Excellent way to enjoy Zurich

Such a fun experience! Our guide was very friendly and knowledgable. We really enjoyed talking with him. And the wine and fondue was excellent! Would highly recommend this tour.

"FUN"due
We did the wine & cheese fondue tour on our 12 hour layover in Zurich. Booking in advance was easy with solid email communication. The tuk tuk arrived just on time at the meeting place. Given it was a cool rainy day, they had the rain cover down on the vehicle and blankets for all. They also had car/booster seats for our 3 and 7 yr olds! Robert, our driver/guide, was friendly and informative. It was a bit odd we had to stop and pick up the wine and fondue once we were picked up, and it took 10 or so minutes, which was a waste of our time. The tuk tuk definitely was a fun way to see Zurich and the fondue was fun. For an additional fee they dropped us off at the Lindt Home of Chocolate for our afternoon tour. For what it was it seems a bit pricey in retrospect, but for us to maximize our short time in Zurich, it was worth it to us!

Great excursion
Kurt was an amazing driver and tour guide. The fondue and wine were delicious too! This was a great way to tour the city as a couple.

Cheesy fun
You get an overview of Zurich for 90 minutes and eat fondue in a tuktuk. How bad can that be? Not a value at 400$, but we liked the spin around town with wine and cheese. Cheese is from Swiss Chuchi, one of the famous Zurich fondue spots. We generally had trouble hearing our guide although my friend got to hear Sleepy Joe references. I’d recommend this for someone looking to do something different but I’d still plan to do a walking tour (or a bunch of exploration on your own) or something to get more or a sense of the city.

Expensive but very fun and enjoyable
My boyfriend and I did this for our first night in Zurich and it was such a cute and unique date night. Our driver was friendly and gave us a lot of history of the old town area and he had a nice sense of humor. We are both really glad we did it. The wine and fondue was also tasty as well.

The only small downside was the price. It was on the expensive side for an hour and a half your but you only live once so we were ok with it.

Lastly, we did our tour at 8pm which was very romantic and fun to see the city at night. But 6 pm may be better if you want more light out to see the sights.

We had a really great time overall and are happy we did it!

Great Intro to City

We were in Zurich for a 7 hour layover and we did this tour to explore the city. Fondue and wine were top notch and our driver (Paulo?) was a wonderful host and guide. Our tour start and ended in an area where there was a small street fair festival was going on. Highly recommend!

Great way to see Zurich

Highly recommend !! the cheese and wine were great and Paulo was friendly and entertaining. We were so happy to have done this tour. His little dog was a tag along - and we didn't even know he was there until half way done ! We did this on our first day and it gave us a great sense of the city and places to go the following days. We would do this again if we go back to Zurich.
