Great day tour. The weather did not help us, but we still saw the windmills of Zaanse Schans, which was our main focus. The cheese tasting and the clog-making workshop were a great example of dutch culture.
Our guide, Ana Maria, was very friendly and knowledgeable, and our driver, Tom, kept us safe all along, considering the weather conditions. I recommend this tour hopefully if the weather is nice since most activities take place outdoors.

This is a full on day trip, seeing the best parts of 4 towns, organised large trips are not the best but once of off the transport you do get time to explore within the time lines they give you! We stood at the front always, listened to the guide then did our own thing together, seeing what we wanted first without joining the crowd, arriving back 5 minutes before time up. You couldn't do this on your own in the same time line, even if you drove, best highlights were the right choice!!

We did the free tour with Lidia, and then we did with her the tour of the villages. We loved it, we were very pleasant because she is a very friendly and friendly person. She explained everything very well, a 10 for her and another for Jose the driver.

Our guide Lidia was exceptional, always telling us about the villages we were going to visit and also taking advantage of the bus rides to tell a little things about Amsterdam and give recommendations. More than enough time to see everything, despite the cold and snow the experience was amazing. Also highlight Jose our driver as despite the snow and rain everything was perfect.

The quietness and quaintness of Marken, Edam and Volendam were a pleasant break from our time in Amsterdam. Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly. The weather was chilly and damp but our times in each location were just about perfect.

Really interesting to get out of the City of Amsterdam and visit these picturesque villages. The guide gave us a lot of information about the history of the Netherlands, its culture and customs.

We went as a family, 2 teenagers, my husband and I. It is worth seeing something different and leaving Amsterdam. Despite being so many hours it doesn't get heavy. The Fani guide great, explains it eagerly and was watching the group throughout. We really liked it!

It's about the Volendam to Marken ferry ticket price. Is that the roundtrip price or would I have to select 2, as I suppose we need to return to Volendam to get on the bus that will take us back to Amsterdam?
