Uninspired guide. I had the distinct impression the guide would rather have been anywhere else. The whole experience was perfunctory.

My issue with this tour is the distance from Brussels. While I knew this ahead of time, it really was quite far. We left Brussels early, and after about 1.5 hours we arrived in Dinant. We were given about an hour or so to tour on our own. Not much time so we grabbed a drink (it was also raining, so not the best day overall). Then we boarded the bus again for another 1.5 hours to Luxembourg. When we got there, we were given about an hour to have lunch. Then the tour. Then maybe an hour more after the tour before getting back on the bus. It just wasn't a lot of time to explore. 6 hours on a bus (3 hours each way) with no music, no tv, nothing. Our tour guide was great, can't fault her. She was interesting and gave us a lot of great information. However the overall day was just long. It felt like a bus tour and didn't feel like a great way to learn about or explore either city. Too bad, I was excited but found it overall disappointing. Can't do much about the distance from Brussels to Luxembourg, I just want to make sure others know how far it really is.

We are sorry to hear you did not have a pleasant trip. There is indeed quite a distance to cover between Brussels and Dinant.
Next time we suggest you take one of our shorter tours such as the one to Ghent and Bruges or to Antwerp. There are very nice cities much closer to Brussels.

Amazing day trip from Brussels to Luxembourg. The guide, Laura, was very friendly and helpful. It was a rainy day but we still had fun. Luxembourg is so beautiful and lots to see in one day. Lots of nice restaurants and coffee shops too. Highly recommend.

I was on solo trip of Brussels, when I came across Luxembourg and Dinant tour. Honestly, I hadn’t even heard about Dinant before.
The guided tour was done on 7-12-22 with Stifa. He was so good, with the tour in Spanish and English, kept everyone engaged, made sure everyone had equal attention and the huge tourist team be looked after.

Muy bien la excursión a Luxemburgo, el chofer muy bien , tuvimos una vuelta a Bruselas con muchísima lluvia fuerte y sensacional.El Guia Albert muy profesional, le agradecemos enormemente que explicara el tour alternando en español e inglés , éramos un grupo grande y solo 6 españoles…nos gustó mucho las explicaciones y todo lo que vimos.

I had a great time with Miria, she was great at switching from English to Spanish and viceversa. She gave us a lot of explanations both about Dinant and Luxembourg as well as other interesting general insights.
The coach was very comfortable and clean and the trip went smoothly although long.
The audio device was good so I could hear her whilst moving around and taking pics.
Dinant was a nice addition of a place otherwise often overlooked by tourists. I'm glad I have visited there so I could compare a bit of Wallonia to the Flanders.
Luxembourg is tiny and a couple of hours there will suffice.
All in all, I'd reccomend this tour and I'm glad I joined as I would not have probably visited Luxembourg in my lifetime.

Nous avons passé une excellente journée à Luxembourg ! Notre guide Myriam s’est montrée très sympathique et très professionnelle, soucieuse du bien-être de son groupe.. Elle avait également une grande connaissance à faire partager ! Nous avons eu du temps libre pour faire du shopping en fin de visite.. Le personnel du Bureau de Bruxelles était lui aussi très aimable..

Stefan was an amazing guide ! He showed us the most historical places in both cities. The time to spend to explore the area was adequate, just Dinant was bit short .
Transfer was perfect and the ambient was friendly , very helpful staff.
I recommend this tour definitely :)

We had a lovely day trip from Brussels to Dinant and Luxembourg. We especially loved. Dinant it was very picturesque. The Christmas markets were on in Luxembourg which made it a brilliant time to visit. Stefano was a brilliant tour guide sharing all the history as we went.
