Disappointing tour

Guide spoke in 4 languages (English, French, German and Spanish) so each language just got snippets of information in a sentence or two. People who understand two or more of these languages had to listen to same information being repeated over and over. Often we were unsure of what to look at as multiple descriptions meant sights were still ahead or had already passed. We wished we had individual headphones. It was impossible to ask the guide questions as she had to carry on for the next language group so there was no advantage in having an onboard tour guide.
There was a surprisingly long uphill walk to get to the bus.
In short, we wished we had gone on the hop on hop off tour bus instead. A really long 3 hours wasted.

Great way to see Brussels

Short on time and want to see the top spots of Brussels? This is the tour for you. This took a little long because the tour guide had to explain the same thing in 4 languages (impressive but time consuming). However he was knowledgeable we indeed receive a comprehensive city tour!

Super visite qui introduit bien les incontournables de Bruxelles même s'il fessait gris. guide Jasmine et staff au top. Nous aurions aimé faire le tour original de dégustation que Jasmine nous à bien conseiller, on reviendra!

Good consolidated tour

This is a good tour if you want to experience all of Brussels in a short period of time. We had a 1 day layover in the city, so it was perfect for us. You don't have a ton of stops, so the driver mostly gives you history/background of sights as you pass by them. The only downside was that we were exhausted from our trip, so when combined with the driver's soothing voice and the motion of the bus, we kept falling asleep!

Wonderful Tour!

Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the brussels city tours team, we felt welcomed and with such a friendly atmosphere we had a fantastic start! The guide and tour was extremely good, very flexible and for that they deserve a special thanks.

Brussels is a beautiful city and i recommend you try ghent and bruges as it is their speciality. Both excursions were very well organized and I must admit that you will finish the day with the necessary knowledge and fun that you need.

I really wish i can revisit this amazing country soon!
