Friendly guide. We visited 3 chocolate shops near each other and then 2 additional ones. The walks were fairly short and easy. The chocolates were delicious and each different from each other.

We really enjoyed the tour. Our guide, Catherine was very knowledgeable and passionate about everything chocolate and pralines. We got to taste some fantastic creations and feel like chocolate experts now!

We did the tour with Nina. She not only informed us about the origins and background of the chocolateries, but also told us interesting facts about Brussels in general. When we passed important sights, she also said a few words about it. Overall an entertaining tour with many delicious and sometimes extraordinary chocolates to try. Nina was super friendly. She liked to be listened to. Would recommend the tour.

Tour guide was personable and friendly. Unfortunately, it was very loud in the shopping area and difficult to hear her when she was sharing history and information.

Thank you for sharing your review! The tour takes place in a city environment, so like any city center, it can get a bit loud. Our guides do their best to project their voices and address everyone. However, we always encourage participants to inform the guide if they have trouble understanding them. Despite this, we are thrilled to hear that you still had a great time and were able to enjoy our Belgian chocolates. Enjoy your holiday and take care!

The Young Guide does not speak loud enough in the Brussels hubbub and only in English.
It does not develop enough the history of chocolate. She takes us to chocolate makers of her acquaintance without really deepening the product , its import, its key figures, unrelated to Brussels museums for example to complete the theme on cocoa on pralines etc... it’s a shame.

We only offer tours in English (clearly stated on the product page before you booked), so we don't understand why you are complaining about this. Our guides do their best to be heard and understood and always ask if they can be heard and understood. Maybe you didn't get this because she said it in English. Anyhow, you could have told the guide right there if she could please raise her voice instead of complaining about it here, once the tour is over. We cannot offer all the information there is about chocolate, but guests are welcome to ask any questions they have to the guide which will do her best to answer.

An amazing chocolate tour and history lesson! Along with a great tour of the area and recommendations of restaurants and shops!
Our tour guide was very knowledgeable! She told us of all the shop's histories and how chocolate came to be in Brussels, Belgium. She provided a lot of knowledge of the local area as she is a local college student! Can not say enough positive things about this tour let alone our tour guide! It is an amazing experience and I'd recommend it to everyone I meet!

Delicious tour that gives you a short idea of the best articraft chocolate stores in the city. As there are many different chocolate shops, at least you can have an ideia about prices and best spots before purchase.

The chocolate tour takes at least two hours. It’s a walking tour and if some tour members move really slow, it might take a bit longer.
