Our 4-year-old daughter was really engaged and enthusiastic about the workshop. Couldn't be more proud of her as she's so focused and creative to make her first chocolate with us. Cathy is very kind and friendly and she is willing to share every bit of knowledge about chocolate. We have some key takeaways that refresh our understanding about chocolate. If you want to experience the chocolate delight with kids, family or friends in Brussels, this workshop is defo your choice.

We ended up having a private family workshop! Learned so much about chocolate from an expert in an artisan chocolate shop right in the Grand Place. Cathy was so friendly and patient and eager to share her knowledge, and teach us something that we could bring home and not be afraid of trying ourselves. It was a highlight of our trip! Thanks, Cathy!

Cathy was so patient with my 5 year old and 1.5 year old. My daughter had a blast mixing and decorating her medallions. The little one also had a chance at some stirring! We booked the private workshop and it put us at ease during the pandemic. Cathy had an abundance of knowledge and my husband was very interested in the chocolate making process. History for the hubby, kids entertained, and yummy chocolate for everyone! Win win win :) Definitely recommend for a kid friendly chocolate making experience with the family.

We had a fabulous time and my son really enjoyed the whole time there. We learnt about chocolate what makes it good and yummy tasting.

I was looking for a fun activity for me and the kids to do in Brussels during the holidays. My 4 year old daughters and I attended the chocolate workshop with Cathy. She’s very kind and knowledgeable on all things chocolate! The girls had fun stirring the tempered chocolate and making chocolate designs! About 30 minutes of the hour time is educational which I found interesting. This time was difficult for the girls to stay engaged because of their age. Definitely fun to make chocolate in the Brussels chocolate district!

Cathy nous a mis à l'aise directement, elle a été très agréable tout le long de la séance, elle nous a donné plein de bons conseils pour reproduir les mendiants chez nous, nous nous sommes vite senti proche de Cathy.Elle est super enthousiaste et on sent la passion qu'elle a dans son métier.

Our group of 9 ( which included 2 kids ages 6 and 3) has a wonderful time in Cathy’s class. She is very knowledgeable and patient with kids and adults alike. The chocolate we made was delicious as well- would highly recommend it!

We had a day tour to Brussels in August and the kids were overwhelmed by the historical sight seeing in the past 2 weeks, they looked forward to the Chocolate Workshop with Cathy. Cathy is very knowledgeable about chocolates and able to introduce the basics about chocolates to my kids (6 and 9 years old). The kids had some hands on experience on creating their own chocolate mendiants.

I booked this workshop for my 8 year old godson who visited Brussels for the first time. We had a great time. Cathy is awesome. Apart from being a chocolate expert and a great professional she is great with kids. We both loved it. I’m certain my godson will always remember this sweet time together. I would definitely recommend this to everyone who would like to take a chocolate journey with their children.

Super expérience avec Cathy !!!
Nous avons fait cette activité pour un team buidling et c’était super. Cathy est très pro et sympa. On a adoré !!
Merci aussi à Cathy pour sa réactivité aux mails, pour ses réponses super sympas et pour son désir de faire au mieux pour personnaliser la présentation s’adapter aux clients. C’est rare et ça fait du bien !!
