The trip was excellent and awesome specially it was well explained and guided by Albufieradrivers.com. Besides Silves castle we also hot the opportunity to visit few other sites like Carvoeiro beach and A BONECA cave.

Fantastic service and a great way to book using WhatsApp very reliable and even when we changed the bookings they met our needs .
Would totally recommend them and would always use them when we return.

Just returned to Scotland from the UK . We hired this firm to take us 3 x 8 people minibus loads from faro /albufeira to Seville and back . We paid £1500 up front for first journey to Seville . Then we paid another £1500 for return trip to Seville . The first 2 buses returned in the early hours back to Portugal .. the third returned on the Thursday afternoon . Much to our disgust on arriving at our hotel our driver Luis maintained we had to pay our already paid fare in full view of other guests .. his aggressive attitude to ourselves were out of order . We paid the additional fare as he was keeping our luggage as security . Later on he phoned us to say he had made the error and promised to return our money . He did not keep his end of the bargain . And we were out of pocket . I would strenuously stay away from this firm as not only his behaviour was unacceptable but also his timekeeping left us waiting around waiting for the prearranged pick up time .

And that I never needed to steal, my customers!!
what happened in your case, and that they don't respect people's work at all.
In the first place
You asked for the last service, saying it would be paid separately,
and I trusted, and I went to get your friends from Seville
When I arrived at the hotel, they said they didn't pay,
then they said they had paid my driver !!
we called him and it was a lie
If you had come close to me and asked me if,
that once there was a breakdown in one of the minibuses
if you had asked me, if you could compensate us, somehow !!
I would have no problem making it up to you.
As I have always done during my 25 years of customer service experience
But after all your attitudes, I decided not to compensate
I hope that when they return to Portugal, they respect who is working,
just like they do in your country
