Perfect trip and great crew! The kayaktour was a great adventure and we would do it again and again, highly recommended! Sarah was a great guide 👍🏼 Everyone was friendly and you felt really comfortable. The family business acutalboattrips is a mega Recommendation! If kayaktour, then here! Thank you again! 10/10

Loved it. For starters the meeting spot was easily identifiable and central. Checking onto the boat was super quick and confirmed with our online ticket. They explained how to use and maneuver the kayaks, and were brief and too the point!!(they speak many languages) Our guide Miguel was amazing and the reason I put the 5th star. He was funny and entertaining and made sure that everyone on the trip could hear him explain about the caves. The boat took us out decently far, then we hopped in kayaks and went for about an hour and 15 minutes(there and back). Gave great explaination about the caves while still leaving time to see more. He also offered to take photos which I appreciated. Went bank to the boat and got to go swimming which was beautiful. My only complaint is that they did not have enough goggles for everyone ( only had about 6 for a boat of 20)

I have made a booking for a kayak trip in November and promptly received a cancelled reply that all activities stop in October ( yet november was open to book). 2 days before the trip date i have been charged 70€ despite my booking being cancelled!! After contacting them i was informed booking is cancelled with full refund but i have never received the refund.

Hello,
Cancellation with full refund was communicated to Viator services. We will check with them what went wrong because we didnt receive the payment From viator also. We Will contact them to deal with the situation.

Turned up for Kayak tour with my wife and 3 kids only to be told that we were booked for the boat tour, my own fault. The lads on the boat were brilliant and accommodated us by bringing us out kayaking on the second half of the trip after all the rest had come back. Super nice guys, not just to us but everyone.

Unfortunately, the canoe ride was very hectic, there was not much time to marvel at the caves. Would advise everyone not to do a guided tour, it's like an assembly line here. The crew was also extremely unfriendly and unmotivated, unless it was to sell overpriced gadgets to the guests. In no case go to the toilet on the big ship, there is no water to flush or not even toilet seats!

We had a great time on this tour. The boat trip took us out to the caves, then we kayaked for about 45 minutes along the coast, visiting the beautiful caves along the way. A highlight for me was seeing all the crabs on the rocks nearby.
The kayak guide was good fun and really friendly. We then kayaked back to the boat, where we had 45 minutes to enjoy jumping off the boat into the water. Snorkles were provided, if we wanted to use them. All in all, the tour took about 2.5 hours. I would definitely recommend this company. The only thing I would change is how popular the area is for tourists (nothing to do with Actual Boat Trips!). I would have loved to see the caves when they were less busy.

New boat, courteous and knowledgeable crew, excellent tour, lasted longer than 1.15 we paid for, I would recommend this tour to anyone!

Em tempos de Covid não aconselho. A tripulação, apesar de simpática não cumpria as normas de segurança, dirigiam-se aos participantes sempre sem máscara. Eu e o meu marido levamos sempre máscara colocada. Também não havia espaçamento entre participantes.
Outra coisa que não gostamos foi do barco. Para uma viagem que custa 30 euros por pessoa, o barco é velho e para além disso estava bastante sujo e cheio de dejetos de animais.
Quando fomos nos Kayaks ver a grutas da Ponta da Piedade, o guia nada explicou e estando o mar com mais ondulação, não teve o cuidado de guiar por sítios onde as pessoas conseguissem passar com mais facilidade, dado que estavam pessoas mais velhas que nós com dificuldade em fazer o percurso. Teve de ser um tripulante de um barco pequeno que nos mantinha sempre de olho a guiar-nos por outro caminho.
Outro reparo que faço é aos remos dos kayaks, que já estão bastante danificados, sem pegas e que dificultam o passeio.
Foi um passeio agradável mas sinceramente, depois de ter feito a viagem, vi empresas com mais cuidados e melhor preparadas.

Gran día y experiencia inolvidable. El personal de la empresa muy profesional y atentos a todos. Lo habíamos reservado para el sábado 24 pero había mucho oleaje y lo suspendieron por seguridad, nos presentamos allí y concretamos para el martes 27 sin ningún resguardo ni nada y no tuvimos ningún tipo de problema para embarcar ese día. Muchas gracias por todo y por dejar llevar a nuestro perrito Duque en el barco acompñandonos.

What is the current going price today 18.7.2019 for lagos kayaking as my daughter saw priced at £23/25 ish. Now there coming up as 35 Euro's. Is this correct or is this now high season. there are three of them?
