Although they were initially going to cancel the activity because of insufficient clientele, it eventually did. The service both on land and on board was excellent, very professional and enjoyable at the same time, thanks to which the enjoyment of the activity was complete. Highly recommended! We booked the tour to Benagil cave, 2 adults and 2 boys aged 11. Beautiful tour, which includes many stops to visit the various caves and beaches between the port of departure of Portimao, and the cave. Very short guides, for each stage explain the origins of the name, and various curiosities related to the place. In our group there were Americans and Spanish, and the Guide explained everything in 2 languages. At the end of the round, final bath for those who wanted to cool off. The meeting point is at Portimao Marina. Recommendation to everyone.

Unacceptable to pay and not see the caves on 2/9/23. They had an obligation to know the times/tides and inform customers in advance.

Uma das regras mais importantes que temos na nossa empresa, que está disponível nas todas aas nossos sites é:
"A realização das nossas atividades e a entrada nas grutas dependem das condições do mar e da aprovação das autoridades locais."
É um ponto inegociável. Se o capitão decidiu não entrar numa gruta, foi por razões de segurança e, precisamente, por seu conhecimento do mar.
Caso não seja possível prosseguir com o passeio programado, ser-lhe-á oferecida uma data alternativa ou um reembolso total.

Excellent boat tour on larger Catamaran (36 people), delivered what we wanted with smooth cruising, in 2 hours able to stop in many caves along the shore from Portimao to Benagil Caves, and beyond to Marinha Beach for swims off the boat for those who wanted. (Police have recently Stopped swimmers and SUP or kayaks from from entering the (sometimes crowded) Benagil cave.) Catamaran is large enough to have room for passengers to move around the sides for photos and different views. (Not available on smaller boats). Boat is fast enough to return in 20 minutes.

What a fantastic trip.
We started with the friendliness of the girl who sold us the tickets to Ola, who explained to us what our trip would be like. Our guide, Célia, who brought us her good mood and joy and explained to us throughout the trip the main points and a little of the history that characterizes them and we have our captain, António, who always gave us all his confidence As an excellent navigator, he also encouraged us to dive by providing life jackets for those who felt less confident.
It took 2 hours to fly by.
It should be noted that we have a bathroom on board at our disposal.

We had a great tour of the caves and Silvia was awesome!! She was great with our one year old and super personable.
While on the tour, we saw a couple other boats which looked far less comfy than Ocean4fun boats. These were stable and would recommend for anyone with kids, mobility issues, or just likes space and want to move around!

Great tour, with lots of information given by the guide Juluo in several languages.
Safe and attentive driver, in the end we were treated to a great, unforgettable swim in the sea. I recommend. I would do it again!!!
