An excellent small group tour. The whole day was very enjoyable and the guide very informative with an excellent standard of English language, too. We had sufficient time to explore each stop ourselves, too. The lunch was very generous and plenty of wine, water and soft drinks and was a very sociable event, the group all sat around the same table. The botanical gardens were great; definitely don't bring a light coloured towel or costume for the dip in the warm waters there as it is a bit muddy around the pool and changing areas.

I was a bit skeptical but I think it’s finally an experiment to do. Very exotic, I can define it like this, and relaxing also, once used to the color and heat of the water... beautiful also the garden, it would be worth the visit even without the pools. Family Award with two children about 53 euros.

Absolutely fabulous day out! The group of about 20 was split into two separate mini-vans with separate guides - my husband and I were in the van with Marie who was absolutely amazing!! The stops were just the right length of time so we saw everything we wanted to but never got bored! The highlights for us were retrieving our restaurant’s pot of lunch from the hole it had been cooking in for 8 hours, and seeing the botanical gardens!

Great trip, wonderful local guide!
The trip starts with a visit to a tea plantation which is really nice and relaxing. Then you head to the area with volcanic activity and see lots of pools bubbling angrily was boiling water.
Finally a trip to the hot baths which are really relaxing and surrounded by amazing gardens full of tropical plants.
The guide tells you all about the Island and it's history, fauna and flora. The views are gorgeous. Its a lovely and relaxing way to spend a day with plenty of time at every location

Enchanted gardens, clear view, very knowledgeable guide ( Maria), comfortable air conditioning van.
You won't be disappointed.
Bring your bathing suit.. NOT WHITE OR LIGHT COLOURED. The orange water stains anything light.

We had an amazing time despite the fog and heavy rain. Our guide Felipe was very knowledgeable. The lunch was delicious.
The only disappointment (not the guide’s fault) was the bathing experience at Terra Nostra. They are currently refurbishing and some areas are closed and they didn’t have a suitable changing room area.
Overall a fantastic worthwhile experience.

Adoramos S. Miguel, recomendo o nordeste, nos miradouros, paisagens de cortar a respiração. Gostamos também muito das sete cidades com as suas paisagens e lagoas lindas. Não deixem de visitar as furnas e comer o cozido que é divinal.

Excursión estupenda viendo sitios preciosos con el agradable guía Raúl, atento en todo momento, y en el interior de la furgo sin pedírselo con mascarilla FP2, como estábamos nosotros.
El Parque Terranostra, una maravilla, y un gustazo meterse en sus aguas calientes ferruginosa, eso sí, llevad bañadores viejos. La pena es que solo estuvimos hora y media....y da para estar una mañana entera....
Después comimos un cocido tradicional cocido enterrado en la tierra, y nos sorprendió muy gratamente, estaba delicioso, y NADA grasiento.
Merece la pena la excursión, la entrada a Terranostra, la comida y fantástico el guía Raúl.
Las furgonetas de esta empresa son muy cómodas y los guías las conducen con mucho cuidado y muy bien.
A este guía se le entendía muy bien, sabía un poquito español, y nos entendía perfectamente.
El día anterior nos decepcionó que contratamos las excursiones en español ( a través de Civitatis), y ni la de las ballenas con la empresa Picos de Aventura, ni la de Sete Ciudades con ANC fueron en español.
