Actually had a picture and reference to my previous review which stated that the sink backed up and backslash coming from drain and causing me to have to switch to another room

We believed we were on a food & wine tour. Had a glass of wine while waiting for the tour $$, Dinner was an extra cost, they didnt have any pineapple. Yes they had a "iffy" looking hot tub and supplied robes

The visit was great, only the offer from the dinner was subdued, because it was only 1 starter for both people included. The wine accompaniment would have been nice.

We loved our stay. Very pleasant space. Very friendly and available staff. They even helped me prepare a surprise mini party for breakfast with birthday balloons (which I bought) and made a cupcake (a gift from the house) for my wife's birthday. The jacuzzi is very good. The fact that it is in a pineapple greenhouse with ambient music is very good and relaxing. We recommend.

You can go on a tour of their pineapple plantation. They even have a warm pool inside one of the pineapple greenhouses that you can relax and enjoy. After your tour and soaking in the water, I really enjoyed a wonderful meal at the restaurant of fish rice stew, chicken tenders, clams, and flambe pineapple with cognac. Everything was great and an amazing experience.

We were given a very warm welcome, the tour of the pineapple plantation was very informative and interesting. Spending time in the pool surrounded by pineapple plants was a real highlight. We could choose when and how long we wanted to stay there. Afterwards we ate in the beautiful restaurant and it was delicious. I can only recommend the trip.

The tour was informative with a very friendly guide.
Afterwards we were offered pineapple wine and we were able to enjoy it in the jacuzzi (which is in the greenhouse) and really unwind.
Afterwards there was a very tasty meal with an even better desert.

Nice property, was well maintained and clean once you enter the gates.
The tour was very brief (approx 20 mins) we were never offered to taste any pineapple. For dinner our meal was selected for us a fish and rice stew, there was no bread or appetizer, we did get to select our desert from the menu and the food we had was good, but we would have preferred to chose ourselves from the menu.
There was only one drink included, the additional drinks we ordered were the most expensive we paid for anywhere else on the island.
The small bath was not lit up like the pictures show and was shared with the other guests staying in the hotel.
We ordered coffee but it never came, the service was very slow and we were never offered water, we waited a long time for the bill even after we expressed we were in a hurry to leave.
Overall, we were disappointed with the experience as it was not the special dinner we had hoped for on the last night of our honeymoon and we did not feel it was worth the cost comparatively to other places on the island.
I hope this review helps them to improve the tour and others to manage their expectations when deciding on this experience.

Our trip to Herdade Do Ananás was great! This was a last min booking when our origin plans fell through and we are so glad to have found it.
We showed up to a gorgeous Inn (we should have stayed there) and had a lovely personalized tour of one of the islands small family owned pineapple plantations. We learned why Azorean Pineapple differ in looks, size and shape, got to see greenhouses with the fruit in several stages and had a beautiful walk around the property.
Beautiful gardens and bananas!
Our guide was so sweet, and accommodating.
They give you robes and towels for your pineapple soak, and after we had an excellent dinner with wine, coffe, and desert.
FYI, my guest had an allergy to the meal they planned to serve, but the Inn totally rearranged the menu for us and went above and beyond!
Totally Reccomend!
