Nous avons cuisiné un Alcatra avec Antonio et Philip : nous avons passé quelques heures géniales. Antonio est venu nous chercher à l'hôtel en 4x4 pour nous conduire dans un autre endroit de l'ile et un "zona de laser". Tout était prêt pour l'atelier. Apprendre à faire le plat, découvrir son origine mais aussi d'autres histoires de l'île a été super intéressant. De plus le moment était super convivial : apéro, vin à volonté, on a découvert un jeux de société avec eux deux. Enfin le diner est arrivé : le plat était super bon.
N'hésitez pas, si vous aimez la cuisine mais aussi si vous voulez vous détendre et discuter avec des habitants !

We were picked up at our hotel by Antonio, and went to an outdoor park where the wood oven was already roaring. All 7 of us then made bread and Alcatra, a regional traditional meat dish. We had beer and wine and chatted while everything cooked in the oven, and then enjoyed the fruits of our labour. What a great day.. I highly recommend it!

Antonio and his son Antonio provided us a wonderful and relaxed day learning to cook traditional food from Terceira . We made bread and Alcatra and then enjoyed the fruits of our labour! Food was delicious and wine was plentiful ! Highly recommend this full day class !

The team from ProIsland Tour were absolutely incredible. They are very genuine and kind, going above and beyond to make our experience on the island memorable and fun. Initially, we were nervous to do an experience with strangers on an island we had never been to, but they created a warm an inviting atmosphere for the experience. Everyone became friends by the end of the experience. We attended the hands-on experience making a local meat dish and bread, learning how to do every step in detail so when we got home we could recreate the dish on our own. We highly recommend any tour with ProIsland Tours. They are trustworthy and will make your experience 100% worth it!
