    我们一开始的时候并不想跟团，因为我们觉得8小时时间太长了的可能会太无聊。但是事实证明，我们错了，我们的旅行非常的有趣，远超过我们的预期，非常感谢我们的导游bruno，他非常的有趣，使得我们整次旅行都非常的愉快。他还给我们推荐了很多景点。这次旅行把观光和消费的时间平衡的刚刚好。我们参观了Pena宫殿、Sintra 城，城里面有各种糖果、小吃，都不容错过，都是你去里斯本一定要去的地方

    神奇之旅! ! !
    一天8小时的Lisbon/Sintra/Cascais之旅棒得超乎想象，有玩又有吃。我们的导游Nuno很棒！他知识面很广，尤其是葡萄牙历史。我们在去辛特拉的路上停下来吃了一些很好吃的东西。我们有好几次停下来，吃点零食，买点东西等等，我强烈推荐大家这个旅行。我独自一人在出差，我玩得很开心。报团人数最多为八个，我喜欢人少一点。一切都很顺利。

Mis papás fueron los que viajaron, les encantó el tour, la guía que les asignaron muy amable,amena y charlaba con todos los del grupo según lo que contó mi mamá! Quedaron muy felices y emocionados! Recomendado el tour!

Good but could have been better

It was a good tour, so much to see and quite a bit of time on the road as well. The price of the tour did not include the price of tickets per se for extra tours. Fatima really brought me to an emotional place that I did not expect. Nazare was beautiful and Obidos was great. Our guide was a very nice person however I would have liked to hear more on the history of each place. I did not necessarily know what questions to ask so more input from the guide would have helped.

Me ha gustado mucho los sitios que visitamos, sobre todo Óbidos es un lugar encantador.
Hicimos una parada en Nazaré para comer, donde probé un arroz de mariscos que estaba muy rico.
El guía, Tiago, muy amable. Nos explicó bastante bien en español la historia de cada lugar

Lots to see and experience
The day was packed with things to see. I took the tour on September 9th. Tour guide provided us with good information. Day did not feel rushed with all that we did. We were given free time in each stop. Although we made a stop at Fábrica to buy souvenirs, Fatima has a gift shop with different items and at comparable prices. The line however can be quite long.

Nazaré was my favorite. Weather was perfect and lunch pick was delicious. Loved the vibe in this town.

Obidos was interesting and quite the calorie burner. It’s your choice whether you walk through the town or the town walls which at times are walkways without handrails. They give great views and gave me a sense of accomplishment.

This is a great tour. Hope you too are able to enjoy it.

5 star cities, -5 stars for the less than adequate guide

Fatima, Nazare and Obidos were beautiful, 5 stars for the cities. We only had about an hour and a half in Fatima and regardless of your religious affiliation, that really isn’ t enough time to see everything there. We were given 5 minutes at the overlook at Nazare and then taken down to the town for lunch. We then moved on to the medieval town of Obidos where we had time to walk through the medieval town. I was unable to add photos for some reason

Our guide was not at his best (or maybe he was…) He shared he wasn't supposed to have to work but was called in. He told us to ask any questions we might have but became angry when we asked questions he didn't know the answer to. At one point he asked the group how old we thought he was (25) and informed us he wasn't google. We had a lovely family from Boston on our tour who had suffered a tragic year. The devoutly Catholic mother was accompanied by her two daughters, they ended up 5 minutes late to leave Fatima, which infuriated the guide. Once situated in the van, he shamed the daughters for not getting back on time and continued to mention we got shorter times in the other locations for that reason.

By the time we reached Obidos, it was clear that all 8 of us on the tour had had enough and he kept saying “lets start over and be friends”. Once at Obidos, the guide asked if anyone was afraid of heights, we did have an individual who answered yes. With that he decided to give us a special treat and serve our cherry cordial on the top of the medieval wall and repeatedly tried to talk the individual into coming upstairs.

On the return to Lisbon, the guide told us he had two degrees in tourism and then subjected us to videos on his phone at deafening volume to Fado songs and his sisters friends video for the cork industry all of which were annoying. The passenger in the front was made to hold his phone which she good naturedly did but every time her arm started to drop, he pushed her hand higher. This went on for a good 45 minutes. It was torture.

Hello Y5214WQkathyb, First of all, thank you for your detailed feedback. We are always looking forward to improve our services. Our tours have several stops and timmings that need to be respected so that the tour flows without any delays or constraints. If it were a private tour, the guide could be flexible about the group's preferences. However, that was not the case and there was at least one person in the group interested in seeing all the places on the itinerary. Even if it's just one person, the tour guide cannot simply ignore that. Specifically about the behaviour of the tour guide, this surprised us a lot since we are used to receive excellent reviews and feedback on his behalf. We will definitely check up on this, to know what may have happened on that day. We truly wish that you can have a better experience with us, on another oportunity, Kind regards,

We had a tour with Alberto who was extraordinarily friendly, outgoing, and had a kind, happy, and lively vibe to him. He had a great sense of humor, stayed on scheduled, and provided great insights regarding the different towns, sites, and historical importance of each. I would be very happy if he's my guide for all my next tours.
