我们买了48小时的公车票，但是第一天，我们就等了45分钟的巴士，但是当时广告上说是每15分钟就有一趟班车。之后我们不得不站了半个小时才在上层有座位坐下。我们的第二天比第一天顺利很多，但是不少的电子讲解机不好使。

Nice trip on a tram!

An enjoyable trip to get an overview of the old town. Supplied ear phones to plug into some commentary in a choice of languages. Not crowded and seated so this is the choice if you don't want to queue and stand on the No28.

La carte postale de Lisbonne

Incontournable. Certes c'est la carte postale de Lisbonne mais le parcours permet de vraiment bien découvrir la ville à petit prix. Etre patient dans la file d'attente mais ça vaut le coup. Mieux que le tuk tuk beaucoup plus cher et moins typique.

Terrible organisation of the tour

It was terrible organisation of the tour. On the Departure point nobody from organizers is not present and people didn't understand how the tour should be.
I booked tour at 11:30 and i was staying in the queue more than 2 hours. Earphones and audio guide weren't provided to me. I wasted money and time.
I have very bad experience with Yellow Bus organization.

One star because I have to, otherwise it would be -5. I thought the previous reviews were a bit over the top but actually, they were all accurate and please do avoid this tour and company. We bought a ticket for a 9:30 tram, which turns out to be a 10 or 10:30 am. We then were told by pure chance by their representative that the 11:30 tram had been cancelled and the next one was at 12:00. After having waited and wasted a whole morning we decided not to cash in the voucher and ask for a refund, which is what the representative said. The company has declined our request. It’s the worst organised tour we ever attempted to do, no signs anywhere, no clear timetable. AVOID IT AT ALL COST.

City orientation trip

A historic tram route of Lisbon and for 3 euros you can get a ride around the city through the narrow streets up and down the hills. Be aware pickpockets and the trams don't seat many so it is best to catch it at stop 1 but there is a big queue there, we rode it till the end, however, we thought it was a round trip. When we were asked to get off we got back on the same tram again to go back the same way, this happened to quite a few on the tram. I would guess it is full with no more than 40 people and 25 ish seats.
It passes very close to buildings and other trams.
Well worth an hour or two to fly round the city

Not hop on hop off
This is simply a circuit tour. You can only get on and off at the Praça do Comércio so calling it hop on hop off is completely misleading. This is basically the 28 tram but 22 euro so you get a seat and a pre-recorded tour. The transport organisation at Praça do Comércio is quite poor also. There is a general state of confusion amongst visitors.

Good way to orient yourself in a new city

Historic tram ride
Fun little tour on the tram. Got to go up the steep and narrow hills Lisbon with open air. Got to see some great sites. Perfect day.

Disappointed
Portugal is very compact so if you’re a fairly decent walker don’t waste your money. Waited half an hour in 30 degrees to board the tram, driver was late, this was after being told very sternly by a large woman in the ticket office, who didn’t look up from her phone, that we buy tickets on board. 1 hr 15 minutes of everything we had already pretty much seen.
