Nous avons acheté un billet pour 3 jours : avec 3 lignes de bus possibles qui desservent quasi toute la ville . Vous le prenez ou vous voulez et le reprenez ou vous voulez . Le prix comprend également une mini croisière sur le Tage + l’accès au tramway + l’accès au Funiculaire et des réductions dans certains restaurants et shopping . Je conseille vivement ce forfait qui est très intéressant .

We went to the wrong bus stop (red buses) and had quite a hike to get to a yellow bus stop, but that was on us. The hop-on/hop-off is what you would expect. You get a crappy but functional set of headphones to listen to highlights of what you are driving by. For Lisbon it was mostly background music, with only descriptions of the major attractions.

Experiência incrível! Passeio de uma hora pelo Tejo onde pudémos apreciar a linda Lisboa de uma outra perspectiva, além dos miúdos terem se divertido bastante com as atrações de Natal à bordo incluindo a presença do Pai Natal. Recomendo!!

Pongo una estrella porque no me da la oportunidad de poner cero. Compré la excursión desde España, tenía buena pinta. Íbamos a estar 3 días (de los 3 se supone que solo había barco el lunes) llegamos y nos dicen que el lunes (cuando salía que había barco) no va a salir barco, cuando le pregunto de buenas formas la razón, me contestan en la caseta de malas maneras, dándome el argumento porque no hay, . Por lo que tiré 20 euros para que lo único que conseguí fue escucharme borderías de una mujer con pocas ganas de trabajar. Horrible. 0% recomendado.

We had a great time, in fact I think it was the best tour I had with the yellowbus company.. it took about 2 hours to go and for Lisbon main harbor point. You may combine this with the hop-on hop-off bus tour as well, getting off/on at the Belem Tower stop. There was a open top deck and ground deck with a place to sit and have your meal. And the view was stunning of the Tagus river and the 25th April bridge from the boat.

Don’t bother booking the buses or the boat! Purchased a two day ticket, told the guy selling the tickets that we’d take the boat trip the following day, he did not tell us that there are no Thursday boat trips! Waste of money! The woman at the boat terminal (yellow bus rep) was just rude. The Belem bus was ok, you could do the journey by normal bus but the Modern Lisbon bus was awful, who on earth thought derelict dockyards and then apartment buildings was a tourist tour.
Today, we had dreadful weather, the rep only started selling tickets when the bus arrived, despite standing in the bus shelter with the customers, we stood in torrential rain as she fumbled about with wet tickets, then driver wouldn’t open the doors! Do something else but this.

Do not buy anything from this company. i bought the cruise ticket in the morning for afternoon on same day. Came find out there is no afternoon tour from the local boat operator. Tried to ask for refund since 5 of us didnt take the cruise. it has been 4 days, numerous emails and hassle, nothing about apologizing or refund. DO not buy anything from them.

Vraiment décevant, ma fille en situation de handicap n’a eu le droit à aucune priorité d’accès, malgré sa carte. Personnel odieux et irrespectueux.
Pour rappel il y a des directives qui reconnaissent l’égalité d’accès aux personnes en situation de handicap alors merci aux organisations de tourisme de respecter ces directives qui s’imposent aux pays membres.
La personne a laissé les clients patienter une heure en gare avec une pancarte « je déjeune ». Une chaleur épouvantable dehors sans abri de soleil à l’embarquement ni banc pour les personnes handicapées où enceintes, âgées…
Balade très décevante, nous avions déjà tout fait à pieds, nous voulions une balade en mer qui revisite les monuments mais ce fût une déception.
Un peu long pour ce que c’est !
