Ocean views

My daughter and I had a lovely horse back ride along the ocean. The guide checked in with us multiple times along the way to make sure everything was going well. The horses were accustomed to the terrain, the ocean, and the forest land. They were terrific. The host picked us up in Lisbon which made it easy for us to get to the location. We highly recommend the ocean horse ride! It was a highlight of our trip to Lisbon.

Good for beginners and pros

The host was very friendly and took us to some nice scenic spots before our horseback riding. Then we embarked on the horseback ride and the instructors were amazing. It was my first time horseback riding and it was a truly beautiful experience. The horses were gorgeous and very well trained. Would recommend for either newcomers or highly experienced horse riders.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience on the 2-hour horse ride near Lisbon, Portugal! The staff made sure that even as an inexperienced rider, I felt comfortable and confident on the horse. The ride along the beach offered breathtaking views that were truly unforgettable. The guides were not only knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly, making the entire journey even more enjoyable. I can definitely recommend this horse ride – a perfect way to explore the beauty of Lisbon's coastline!
Ps. It was a perfect way to engage, guide started recording my proposal without me letting him know earlier! Now I have short move from this occasion!

Beautiful beach horseback riding!

We booked this horseback riding experience for our honeymoon and it was absolutely amazing! We were picked up from our hotel and driven over to the beach where two guides took us down to the beach. Our guides were so great with the horses and were such a fun time. The views were incredible and we enjoyed a nice long ride down the beach. We would absolutely do this again!

Once in a lifetime experience

From pickup to drop off, everything was smooth, professional, and enjoyable. We loved Carlos and Antonio. They were dedicated to making sure we had a great time and very personable. We will never forget seeing the waves while riding beautiful horses. Absolutely loved it! You have to do this in Lisbon!

Bedste ridetur

Fantastisk ridetur på stranden og i skoven med Antonio som ejer hestene. Skønne heste. Vi fik nogle skønne galop ture i sandet. Godt for dig som har redet før. Virkelig behagelige sadler så intet problem at ride i sneakers og glatte bukser :)
Hvis du synes det er dyrt så tænk på at hestene bliver kørt langt - turen er alle pengene værd.
Tusind tak Carlos for at arrangere turen for os.

Fantastic beach ride!

My daughter and I enjoyed a 2 hour ride on the beach with Antonio. We seek out riding opportunities whenever we can while on vacation and this was among our top experiences anywhere in the world. The scenery with the cliffs and the waves was spectacular and we enjoyed many opportunities to trot and canter on the beach. The horses were energetic and well trained. Carlos was so lovely to work with - he communicated with us throughout the process and went out of his way to pick us up at our hotel outside Lisbon. I highly recommend this experience, it was perfect in every way.

Once in a lifetime experience

I say this was a once in a lifetime experience, but I will be putting this at the top of my itinerary every time I come back to visit Lisbon. Carlos maintained great communication with us prior to the trip, and provided a smooth transportation experience from our airbnb in the city to the beach location. The ride itself was truly spectacular, and nothing like I've ever experienced. Antonio and his son were great guides. As somewhat experienced riders, we were able to trot and canter on the beach (which was beautiful and secluded). The true highlight, though, was the gallop by the water. To end, Carlos even dropped us off at a beach restaurant where we were able to spend the rest of the afternoon. I cannot recommend the beach ride enough!
