方便一次过游览Guimaraes 和Braga, 车子舒适，沿途有解说，参观时间充足，有足够时间拍照。午餐很好吃，可以选肉或鱼，素食的话导游也会安排。导游很友善，但需要懂英文才能理解。推荐给不会开车的朋友参加。

Total waste of money on the green line. Very few buses and when they finally arrive they are full. Rip off moneywise as well, 22 euros for a trip which will cost you 8 euros by your own driver with an Uber for example. No office or place to complain.

Thank you for bringing the issue to our attention and we do appreciate the feedback that helps to improve our service .At our Terminal / Marquis of Pombal Square there is a quiosque and there is more three scattered around the city center where you can make questions or compalints about our service.

Worst experience ever! Entertainment System mostly broken! NO German Language on bord - they promised they should be! Asked to get our Money back immediately - don’t give a F*k! Thanks for absolutely nothing!

Lousy bus service. Driver was wreck less. The stops were not where the maps indicated. Couldn't see anything. Traffic there is beyond terrible. Never again.

This is the first time we have used Gray Line tours, having always used City Sightseeing. It will be the last I’m afraid, it was very poor.
The tour routes on the map hand outs and the app were out of date and the stop numbers were out of sync with the tour commentaries on the bus, so you never quite knew where you were.
The equipment on the buses we used were regularly faulty (bad headphone connections, volume controls not working, and many more issues).
The commentary was very light on actual info, and was very heavy on music, was very repetitive, kept cutting out mid-sentence, and was read (in the English version) by the most annoying voice (think bad 80’s radio DJ).
Lastly, on one occasion the bus missed our stop when we were waiting to get on, and then stopped in the middle of a busy road which we had to cross to get on the bus. When asked why he didn’t stop, the driver shrugged his shoulders and said ‘I forgot’. 🙄.
We won’t be using them again, and will go back to City Sightseeing.

Teilweise zu überfüllte Busse. App empfehlenswert für die buszeiten funktioniert aber nicht immer. Ohne App ist einiges an Wartezeit vorprogrammiert.
Die Informationen sind dürftig. Ich glaub ich hab mehr Musik gehört als Infos. Wenn man ein alten Bus erwischt ist dir qualität der audioausgabe mangelhaft.
Ich fand Oriente Tour besser als die belem Tour. Belem für ich empfehlen zu Fuß zu erkunden.

Al comprar el ticket esta mañana no te dicen que no se corresponde con las rutas del triplicó y solo subir te dicen que las rutas están cambiadas por causas ajenas. Cuando bajas como quieras encontrar de nuevo una parada misión imposible porque no se corresponden los papeles con la realidad.

Great way to start off our city break. With so many places to visit this is a great base to do it.
Friendly professional staff with a special shout out to Joanne.
Only mark against us was the guide who let us onto the bus didn't mention anything about the ear buds which are a necessity or didn't see any signage . As it was our first time we didn't know what to expect. So we were well into the tour before we got up ourselves to get a pair.

The blue bus tour was pleasant. Good commentary snd excellent driver. The orange tour was ok with a very experienced driver. The boat tour had no commentary which was disappointing. Also this boat company closes early and for two hours at lunch. Overall it was worth it.

Don’t be duped by the girl sitting at the desk with all red photos… this is NOT the sight seeing hop on hop off bus tours, this is cityrama and it is an old bus with headsets that don’t work and very poor guides.

A eviter le son ne marche pas un je m'en foutisme total non respect des horaires l'application ne marche j'ai du attedre une heure pour monter au bus (4 bus sont passés sans s'arrêter )
