I went on the website of BeDriven twice to try and confirm or modify my arrangement in order to be picked up at the Cruiseship port and be taken to my hotel. The cruiseship wanted me out of my stateroom by 8 AM. I tried to use their website to request twice to request by email an 8:30 pickup. There was no reply. Perhaps their website did not work. At 8:30 AM, they were not there. Though I was reluctant to use my phone for international dialing, I called their office. I was lied to by the girl there that "the travel agent had changed the time to 11:00." She said, "I will try and contact the driver" and put me on hold and forgot about me. Fortunately, there were many dabs. I took a cab to the hotel, not wanting to wait 90 minutes for my ride. I am requesting a refund for the no-show, but they are fighting it. I had booked 4 other transfers for this vacation. This was the only one that didn't show up, and would not let me modify arrangement.
