Best experience in Portugal

My husband and I recently did a three-hour Segway tour along the Tagus River and Belém in Lisbon with Boost, and it was simply amazing! Our guide, Peter, was outstanding. His perfect English, vast knowledge of history, and exceptional storytelling skills left us thoroughly impressed.

Peter wasn’t just informative; he was personal, kind, and engaging. He explained so much about Portuguese history that we found ourselves inspired to learn more that very evening! (We even started reading about Portugal’s history after the tour.) Being from Houston, we were amazed by his knowledge of Texas history, including the Battle of San Jacinto and Sam Houston himself—what a fun and unexpected connection!

This experience was so memorable that when we reflected on our favorite moments of the trip, we both agreed: the Segway tour with Peter topped the list.

If you’re visiting Lisbon, especially for the first time, do yourself a favor and book this tour with Boost. And make sure to ask for Peter—you won’t regret it! He truly made our Lisbon adventure unforgettable.

The sailor segway Lisbon

Had a beautiful Segway excursion. Sadly one broke down in the last part of the tour but our guide handled it professionally.

Our guide David was the best. Informative, taking time to show the surroundings and a very nice guy.

Would book again.

Great experience with Julie

Great visit with Julie, machines easy to maneuver in the end, my 14 year old son loved, Julie was very nice, very accommodating, very focused on the elements of the visit which makes her very interesting, Top

So much fun!

We had a fantastic private tour to Belem with Adi and I am so glad we chose this experience! We were staying in the city center of Lisbon and although we could have taken a train to Belem, the Segway trip along the riverfront was a lot more fun and we got to stop at several sites along the way. The monuments, monastery and other sites were a must see and our guide was awesome in explaining all the history etc. Before heading back from Belem we were treated to the best pastel de nata at Pastéis de Belém which has a reputation as the best in Lisbon (and I believe it!!) Great experience all around!

Great way to see the City coast.

Great tour by Anthony. He really knew his stuff. He went at a great pace and endured we were comfortable on Segway. Highly recommend. Would do it again.

Super 3 hour walk along the river

This experience allows you to discover Lisbon in a super pleasant way. The three hours passed like a flash. We walked along the Tagus River. Great ride. Miguel is a patient and attentive guide.
The Segway is easy to use, accessible to everyone. I really recommend!

Very nice walk!

We greatly appreciated Diogo and his colleagues! Diogo quickly put us at ease with the Segway. He was pleasant company. Our daughter had an incident along the way but Diogo and his colleagues took care of us effectively afterwards. What good words for this company!

Fantastic Segway Tour

Peter and Jennifer were our guides for our Segway experience and looked after us very well indeed. Peters knowledge of Lisbons history was phenomenal and made the tour so interesting whilst also a lot of fun . I would 100% recommend the Segway tour along the river to Belém and will definitely do it again when we return to Lisbon . Thank you !

Upright Two wheeled adventure in Lisbon

Started out as a river front tour but when our
guide, Bernardo realized it was just my wife and I he customized the tour for us. He was great! My wife was initially very nervous on the Segway and he was an excellent coach. By the end of
the tour she had relaxed and was glad she did it. Learned a lot about the history of Lisbon and Portugal. Highly recommend Bernardo and Boost Portugal.
