Hugo was an amazing guide and made the day everything we could’ve wanted. I was interested in going to the Moorish Castle after Peña Palace and he arranged it so we could stop there. I did not feel rushed and we got to see some extraordinary sights.
He was knowledgeable about the area, helpful with his tips for getting around, and easy to get along with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company!

The tour was personal and interesting. I'm usually not one for guided tours, and I'm not a fan of group tours either. The fact that this was a private tour, Les by a very friendly, knowledgeable guide made me think differently about tours. Hugo enhanced our experience immensely. Thank you so much!

Hugo was knowledgeable, kind, funny and all around a wonderful guide. We had an excellent time. It makes no sense to try and drive to Sintra, as there is NO WHERE to park

Highly recommend! Hugo was a great guide! Definitely do not try to do a Sintra tour on your own. Our guide knew how to get around and showed us the best spots.

Eduardo picked myself husband son and daughter-in-law law uo for a day tour to Sintra.
He was amazing best tour we have ever been on , he was knowledgable , funny and interesting .
It was a fun day with great recommendation for lunch

We were in town from Washington, DC and booked last minute with Hugo Cunha through our hotel for a private tour of Sintra, the palace, and surrounding towns. We cannot recommend him and Heart and Soul Tours enough. Hugo was very knowledgeable, funny, and gave us the opportunity to fully customize our experience. He even gave us the option to take direct routes or more scenic routes between sites which we really enjoyed (take the scenic routes!).
If you’re in town in peak season we recommend working with him ahead of time to secure your lunch spots - he has some great recommendations!
Hugo has been in the tour business for many years now in Portugal and we encourage everyone to book his amazing experiences when you’re in Lisbon.

My wife and I did this tour just last week with Hugo, we cannot recommend him enough. I had little knowledge of Sintra before my wife signed us up for the tour but I love history and talking with people. Hugo was so knowledgeable and very great to get to know as a person, he is laid back but covers all the bases and makes sure that you don't forget to take some photos to capture memories while taking it all in. After just a few hour private tour we felt like family with Hugo and cannot wait for our next trip back to this beautiful and inspiring country. Thanks Hugo!

Our second day in Lisbon was an amazing day spent with Hugo and the beautiful sites of Sintra and Cascais. His knowledge, easy- going demeanor,driving skills (glad we didn’t have to do it) and referrals were amazing. We were sad to say good bye at the end of the day. Also a big thanks for his photo taking skills. Was nice to have pics that weren’t selfies! 💗

Went on a private tour to Sintra btoday with Carlos. Had a wonderful time and some some fabulous sites - the Peña Palace, Cascais and the Portuguese Riviera, as well as the “end of the world.” This was my first-ever private tour and I loved the flexibility and having a super knowledgeable guide to answer my questions and teach me lots of new things, like where to get yummy Sintra pastries. I also enjoyed the extra shopping time! Carlos was very nice and made the day extra enjoyable.

We just finished a private Sintra tour with Eduardo from Heart and Soul Tour
They were coordinated by our hotel and we did not know what to expect but the experience was wonderful
Eduardo was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and customized the tour according to our needs. His English (and also Spanish) was perfect
He picked us up at our hotel, recommended a great place for lunch (one of the best meals in Portugal) and took us back at the end of the day
We could not have asked for a better tour guide
He also gave us great advice on what to do in Fatima and Porto

I'm writing because my friend and I would like to join this tour, but I don't know how to book it. It's only 2 of us, can we? How much does it cost?
We'll be in Lisbon from the 6th to the 9th of May, and would love to visit Sintra on the 7th. Are there any availabilities for us?

Entrance fees are not included, the Pena palace costs 14€ p.p. for example.
Being a private tour, you can chose which places you want to go to.
