I had a wonderful day with Alex. He promptly pickup me up at my cruise ship at the port and away we went in his immaculately kept Mercedes van. Alex took me to the key sites of Lisbon and allowed me to customize the tour on the fly. His English is impeccable as well as his knowledge of the history of his country. He was a delight to be with and I will certainly pursue his services on any future travels to Lisbon. He comes highly recommended.

We spent 2 days with Pedro and Evil, 2 additional days with Alex of Top Ten tours, we had most fun and great experiences and service we could not have asked for more. They were so professional and friendly made our trip so enjoyable and prefect!!!

Four of us spent two days touring with Alex of Top Ten, and we could not have asked for a better guide. We toured Lisbon one day, stopping at various sites including for custard tarts in Belem. The next day we toured Sintra and Cabo da Roca and visited the Queluz Palace, a gorgeous very under-appreciated site. Alex was delightful, knowledgeable, and sensitive. He took us to a great local restaurant in Sintra. and our two days with him were perfect.

We had elderly parents who did well in this customized tour — Elisabethe was very attentive to the pace we took and engaged us with historic details of this unique palace.
We were glad we took the 2:30pm tour as the crowds had gone by the time we arrived. We also bought the online tickets in advance (with shuttle to the entrance of the palace) which made things quicker.
Highly recommend this tour company!

We booked a tour with Top Ten after our cruise at the end of Sept. They picked us up at the ship and later in the day dropped us off at our hotel. They were right on time and met us as we disembarked. Alex was our guide for the day and was great. We went to Sintra where our first stop was Pena Palace. Alex knew all the insider things to keep us ahead of the large crowds. After our stop there we toured the town of Sintra and had lunch. There was a temporary art installation of sculptures along the street that were very interesting. Make sure you bring a jacket if touring Pena Palace early in the day as it is considerably cooler than the Lisbon area.
After lunch we went to the beach area known as the End of the World as this is what Europeans believed prior to exploration of the Americas. Then we had a nice visit to the town of Cascais, which was quite busy as they were just finishing up an Ironman tournament.
As part of our package we had also booked transport to the airport at 4:30am the next morning. This was figured into the cost of our tour, which was very, very reasonable. Our driver was 5 or 10 minutes early. All transport was in clean, comfortable, late model vans. We had a group of 4 so were not crowded at all.
We would highly recommend using Top Ten for your private tour or transport when in Lisbon. We definitely will when we're there again.

We visited several locations outside of Lisbon on our recent cruise. The guide was waiting for us and we quickly got on our way as soon as we exited the ship. The guide was laid back, knowledgeable, friendly and kept our day interesting. We got to see lots of different sites including Cascais and Sintra but also little stops along the way. She told us where to buy special deserts which we would have never known otherwise. We returned to the ship with plenty of time to spare and felt our day was well worth the money we spent. We would recommend this company highly!

Proffesionable, knowledgeable, interesting and fun - just a few words to describe our private tour of Lisbon and the surrounding areas with our driver/tour guide Alex.
We were a group of 4 adults and visited Portugal for 3 days. Alex was our driver and tour guide for all 3 days and he went way out of his way to make our tours interesting and fun. We especially enjoyed the food tour on our first day where we got to eat in several different restaurants. These were very local establishments where we experienced the old-world charm of Lisbon and taste some local food of the region.

Had an excellent two days worth of touring! The first evening did a good and beverage tour around the town. Our guide was super informative, and the food was Amazing. Day two we drove to the coast and got to see some amazing sights. Definitely the best tour company to go with!
