This was always a dream of mine to visit Fatima. And it did not disappoint. Luis our guide was extremely knowledgeable regarding the local area history and the extremely knowledgeable about the story of Fatima. We had plenty of time to explore all of Fatima and do some shopping for mementos from Fatima. I would highly recommend this tour.

The man who drove us was very nice. He arrived early for pick up. He pointed out a few attractions along the drive from our hotel in Lisbon to Fatima. Upon arrival in Fatima he parked close to the Shrine and gave us a 5-minute overview. After that we were on our own. I wished that I had brought a map and a historical brief of the Shrine. I was hoping for a more informed guide.

We're sorry you didn't enjoy and want a diferent tour. At YTOURS we always inform you of the pickup time and as it says on the website we informed you that the pickup was at 1:30 p.m. and we didn't leave the hotel until 2:15 p.m., which means that the friendly guide waited 45 minutes. If he didn't hear all the history and significance of Fatima, it was because they had arrived in Portugal that day and were tired and slept during the trip. As you can imagine, the Fatima tour is religious and people like to have their moment to meditate, pray or attend a ceremony... As you may understand, Fatima is a sacred place and it's not inside churches or holy places that we're going to give explanations and disturb Besides, as a rule people like to be at peace, so we give all the explanations during the time we spend in the enclosure and then, as on any tour, there's free time... if you needed support, all you had to do was ask. logical that the guide doesn't accompany you at that moment and leaves time for you to enjoy it... it's not true that the guide abandoned you... because he accompanies the clients to the Sanctuary, tells them the details of each place and gives them free time. You don't want to visit all the Apparition sites in half a day. Next time you visit another shrine, ask the guide to go to Mass and pray with the Lord. Once again, we're sorry it wasn't to your liking, but you didn't complain during the tour and it's the first time in many years that someone has complained about not having the guide during the prayers and Mass.
Everyone is different and it's not possible to please everyone 100%, but in this company we do our best to make our clients feel good.

This excursion was excellent and highly recommended. Since we were a small group, we had more time to explore each place. Our guide, Luis, was also excellent!

Fatima et plus précisément son sanctuaire est un lieu à visiter même pour les personnes qui ne sont pas de confession catholique. On est vraiment ébahi par l’immensité du site ainsi que par la visite proposée par Ytours. Merci!
