To book, you have to enter your weight, height, and shoe size. I got picked up in my hotel in Funchal, brought all the way up north, to find out that they did not bring a suit my size. I’m 5’6 and 220 pounds but have about an average build. I just went surfing the day before and that company brought a wet suit that fits and ive never not been able to participate in activities because of my size. Shocking. Even the socks didn’t fit. To make matters worse, they didn’t bring me back to my hotel. They dropped me off at a random bar even further north for me to fend for myself. I had to wait almost two hours to finally be able to catch a taxi back home and spent 20 euros. Whole waste of my day and ruined the planning of my trip. The “manager” called me & was so rude - she needs a class on customer service. Her immediate response was to say it wasn’t their fault when it 1000% was and tried to fight me on a refund! Which i still haven’t received. Even told me to “calm down” when i was calm?! So bizarre and heinous to treat people like that

The guides were super friendly, helpful and professional. They were very open and provided a great group climate. Great experience - Very suitable for beginners. You felt safe at all times.

The guides are professional and friendly, and made sure we had a good time.
The 3-4 rappell/abseils were exciting and not too difficult.
One of the jumps had to be done with care to not hit underwater rocks, but could be bypassed. The guides were clear about how to do it.
The included equipment (incl canyoning boots) worked well.
Great experience, would recommend.

A great trip and first experience of canyoning for all of us!! Pedro and Bernado did not disappoint, the were friendly, funny and very encouraging. It was something I'd definitely do again. Pedro collected us from our accommodation in great time and made us feel welcome. Thanks to a good team!

This was the highlight of the holiday, everyone had a great time, you were very active and the instructors were very nice, they also have everything with them if something happens, it is not for people who cannot walk well, as you climbs a lot and must be able to walk well on slippery rocks, you get super good shoes that have a lot of grip so you don't slide away, you have different levels of difficulty Heid and we did level two as beginners and that is easy to do, you also get a competition that is comfortable and we were picked up at our hotel, this is certainly a top experience and a must do if you are in Madeira, we have them people to tip well for this amazing experience, we hope you enjoy it as much as you do. Pedro and Andre ran the tour and they were very helpful, knowledgeable and fun to be around. They made our last day of the trip and we really enjoyed our experience. The scenery is beautiful and it’s great experiencing from a different perspective. It’s catered to beginners, they made it fun for those more comfortable and accommodated to those who needed more help. Great tour guides and a great thing to do in Madeira

This was such a fun adventure!
Our guides Andre and Pedro were so nice and explained everything perfectly. I never felt unsafe or nervous at all. It was the perfect amount of excitement. The river is in a beautiful, scenic area, high in the mountains above Funchal.
My husband and I, both 63 yo, are fairly fit and adventurous. The rest of the group included our daughter and other 20-30 year olds.
We kept up with the youngsters but I will admit I was pretty tired at the end.
It was so much fun! I highly recommend this company and this adventure!

First mother/daughter coastering experience, magnificent. Our two guides, very motivated, competent and in love with their island, were enthusiastic and reassuring while giving us explanations about the wildlife on the rocks and in the water.

I would very much like to do this, however I would want to come alone. My child is too young and my wife doesn’t want to come. I know your policy is for 2 minimum per party, but is there any possibility of going solo?

Hi, I think that during covid it should be possible. We were 3 people and had 2 guides for ourselves. People in Madeira are nice, just ask them for this type of trip.

At least for the basic canyoning routes, you don't need to be a good swimmer; you are rarely in water that you can't stand in and when you are, you are not far from the waters edge

Unser Englisch ist höchstens auf Level A2. Können wir dennoch eine Einsteiger Canyoning Tour mit Ihnen machen, ohne uns komplett überfordert zu fühlen? Wird in Bar vor Ort bezahlt oder müsste ich bei der Buchung überweisen und bei Stornierung mein Geld später erst zurück bekommen?
