Dear Robert, Very glad you enjoyed your tour! Sorry to inform that the delay only happened because we were waiting at your hotel around 20 min and you never showed up. We emailed you setting the pick up at Pousada do Freixo at 8:45 am since it's distant from the historical center and we spend normally 20 min in traffic when picking clients in that hotel. Discovering later when you called that you went into the city center. All pick up's were delay that day because of yours that was the first. We beleive it was miscommunication and probably you didn't had access to your email. Nevertheless we're happy your tour was great. Hope to see you again!
