This company sent a driver with a standard minivan to pick up our group of 8 for an airport transfer. Not only was it a standard minivan, it included a car seat which we had not requested. There was no possible way the minivan could fit 8 with luggage (which we each only had one suitcase a piece). I had to get an Uber to get half of our party to the airport. And the company refused to issue a partial refund to make up for their mistake. Do yourself a favor: use UBER. I do not recommend Touch Tours.

Dear Etosha,
We regret that you have from your point of view had a bad experience with our company.
You have booked a minivan private transfer between the city center and the airport for 8 people and the driver picked you up with the Mercedes Vito minivan which can accommodate up to 8 passengers and 8 cabin suitcases.
The reason why we did not accept a partial refund is that for us the service has been carried out, excess baggage (8 large suitcases and 4 cabin suitcases), not mentioned when you booked the private transfer, remains your responsibility.
Since 2017, when Touch Tours was created, we have never had a problem of this type with our customers.

I booked a transfer from my AirBnb to the airport in Porto for 4:45 am and everything was very smooth. My driver Marcio was at the location at the agreed time, he was very professional and well mannered. His english is fantastic and i gelt very safe with him driving.
The car was very clean and comfortable and the price of this service is very very convenient.
Do not hesitate to book a transfer with them!

Même si notre vol avait du retard, notre chauffeur était présent, très aimable et une bouteille d'eau nous a été remis pour nous hydrater donc très serviable. Pendant le trajet, il nous a fait la visite des lieux. Un super service.

Excellent service! Je recommande vivement. Notre avion avait presque 1h de retard et notre chauffeur nous a malgré tout attendu. Très agréable et ça nous a mis en confiance. Nous avons également réservé ce service au retour et notre chauffeur était bien présent à l'appartement à 4h30 du matin pour nous emmener jusqu'à l'aéroport.

The pick up at the Porto Airport was flawless. 30 min drive to the hotel in town. I will use this service again if I come back to Porto Portugal.

Nous avons effectué le trajet aller et retour aéroport. J'ai changé 3 fois d'horaires pour le retour, par mail et cela s'est fait sans aucun problème. J'ai appelé la veille pour confirmer le dernier horaire. Très sympathique au téléphone et parlant français. Le chauffeur, le même pour les 2 trajets, agréable, souriant, serviable.

Nous avons effectué 2 trajets avec Touch Tours;
le lieu de retour à changer, j'ai prévenu par téléphone puis confirmé par mail: accueil téléphonique sympathique, en français! ; le chauffeur , le même pour les deux trajets: ponctuel; très bonne conduite et sympathique, parlant français;il a pris la peine de nous expliquer ce que nous voyons depuis la voiture;
le prix de 25 € comme annoncé sur le site.
