Booked tour before we left home. On day of tour we went to meeting place and no one was there. Called tour operator they did not answer. A couple of minutes later received text message stating he could not talk was on a tour and he would have to cancel as he overbook. We should have been contacted ahead of time. We traveled all the way from our hotel to the tour meeting place. This is a very unprofessional way to treat a customer. Would not recommend this to anyone.

This customer was over a year ago, there was an issue with TripAdvisor at the time and they did not notify me of the booking, the customer was fully refunded and after asking if the wanted to do the tour at another time during the day or the following day they denied.
