Driver was timely and make our transfer so much easier. Helped assist w/ bags. Friendly and was able to fit all of our luggage in the car

Excellent service! Our wonderful driver was on time and found us at a very busy check out time at our hotel. The van was comfortable and clean and the driver pointed out the main attractions between our hotel and the port. Highly recommend this service!

The driver was very courteous. He got all of our bags in the van and got us to the port early. The price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend this service.

Fast, easy, and comfortable transfer from hotel to the Athens Port for group of 6 of us! Driver was on time and easily accommodated the 6 of us with our baggage and got us to the port in record time! It was National Day, so downtown Athens was very busy with a lot of closed streets - but our driver navigated it perfectly and stayed on time! Great communication from driver and tour company as well. Thank you for the reliable service! Strongly recommend

This service was booked on short notice (within 24 hrs) when a booking error was noted. I attempted to make a change to correct my error over 16 hrs before and it was denied. Policy is no changes within 24 hrs. Should have just called a taxi!

Thank you for your feedback, although we did not really understand what was our mistake.
We accept bookings until 14:00 on the previous day, and we follow Viator's policy, no changes are accepted within the last 24 hours.
Everything is explicitly stated on our product page.
We do our best to provide best-in-class services and this is proved by the product's popularity and rating.
This is the first time we hear something like this and there is not much we can do. As we already mentioned this is Viator's policy.

Very easy to find driver, short walk to car after going through customs, he was there even though flight was a little late, took us directly to hotel, navigated very narrow streets. This is a simple point a to point b transfer- do not expect any color commentary during your drive.

I have a group of 3 couples, total of 6 people that will be needing a transfer from the King George Hotel to the Piraeus Port on Saturday August 3rd probably around 1:30PM. Do you offer an van or mini bus in order to accommodate 6 people with all of our luggage and if so what would be the cost?
