I booked a roundtrip transfer for a recent trip to Athens. Our flights were delayed twice and our airport pickup was canceled and we took taxis to our hotel. On our return I confirmed our 5 am pickup from the hotel and recieved a confirmation the night before and the morning of. I was in the lobby at 4:45 am and waited until 5:15 and the driver had not arrived. The front desk called and the drivers phone was shut off. I called the emergency number and they said the drivers phone was also shut off and it was too late to get another driver and that I should try and get a taxi. I asked about a refund and they said I would have to work with Expedia. I have been working with both Expedia and Talixo and have had no luck-So I am out the $147 for initial booking and the $160 euors it cost for the taxis. It was also very uncomfortable for 4 women to be in a foreign country expecting a transfer and then having to make our own way. I feel they just took my money and left us hanging

Do not book! Disorganized and Dishonest. We booked roundtrip transfer . They never picked us up from our return booking from ATH to Airport.
Never responded via whatsapp or phone call.
Please don't book. Even if it's their fault, you won't get a refund

I booked a private transfer from our hotel in Athens, Greece to Athens Airport on 11th Aug. The transfer was 30 minutes late, with nothing but lies given as their excuse. First I was told he was on his way, then I was told he arrived and I was not there, so he left! I had waited outside and no car arrived. Eventually when he DID get here, he not only gave a dishonest excuse 'we were stopped by the police' , but he was accompanied by another man who was not a passenger and I can only assume to be his friend.
Incredibly unprofessional and we could have missed our flight home to this 'company's' incompetence. Avoid at all costs.

Really good and cheap taxi service (Talixo) from Athens to the airport. The car was new and the driver (Nikos Alexopoulos) very helpful and punctual. 5* rate
