My wife and I enjoyed this private tour with Manos. He was armed with a ton of knowledge on the history of Greece which we found interesting and informative. Our favorite part was the winery tour and tasting. We also enjoyed spending time in Nafplio, including a delicious lunch.
There was a bit of a miscommunication 24 hours before the tour start (winery was closing early on Christmas Eve so we had to bump up our start time to 9:15am from 11am) which was a little inconvenient but Manos and team were very apologetic and offered to do alternative wineries (we ended up doing the existing one as we were able to modify our other plans).
This is definitely a pricey experience but for any couple that doesn't want to deal with logistics or public transportation and wants a convenient way to see other key sights outside of Athens, I would recommend it.

George was fantastic. He went way above and beyond to make sure we had fun and even dropped us off at our next location and took our purchases back to our hotel so we wouldn't have to carry them with us.

George was fantastic. He provided just enough historical info so we understood where we were going. He gave us plenty of time to see each location (including time to support the local economy by shopping!). And when traffic seemed like it would make us late for our evening plans he dropped us at the next location *and* volunteered to drop the results of the shopping and wine tasting off at our hotel to pick up when we got back. Above and beyond!

Manos was a very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive tour guide. The entire trip was delightful and concluded with a beautiful winery with amazing views. Thank you for making our trip enjoyable!

We had a wonderful trip! A private tour to Nafplio with a great and very friendly driver! Visiting Skouras is a great upportunity to taste local wines, and Nafplio is a place not to be missed!

Manos provides a pleasant and informative guide to the canal, a winery and Nafplio. He was on time, accessible and the luxury of being driven around in a car - not a bus - was very relaxing. Manos is knowledgeable about history, wine, worthwhile areas, restaurants etc. I will be back in Greece in two years and plan on contacting him for tours with my adult children. Do not hesitate to take the tour.

Excellent tour of the areas west of Athens including the Corinth Canal with a guide Manos who was well versed in Greek history and culture. A civilization well ahead of the rest of the world. Capped off with a good strenuous walk inside the fortress and a couple hours for shopping and lunch in Napfoli. With a final hour or two wine tasting. Get outside the city and see the countryside.

Don’t book large group tours - book this tour where you have your own private guide and very comfortable vehicle. We visited the canal on our way to a beautiful winery which offered unparalleled views of the mountain ranges, the wine was very impressive, and service second to none. We then continued to Nafplio for free time. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the area and Greek history and we both enjoyed the commentary throughout the drive. I would HIGHLY recommend this tour.

We did a day trip to Mycenae and Napflio, and then did some wine tasting on the way home. The best part was that we could customize the day the way we wanted. Our driver Giorgos was great. He had tons of information and never rushed us.

We had an incredible experience.
Pickup was a breeze, and our driver Manos went out of his way to ensure it was convenient and worry free for us. He was able to answer all of our questions and then some, and we learned so much about Greek history and culture. Manos added color to every site we passed, and it was such an incredible way to pass the 2 hours to Nafplio.
The Corinth canal was impressive, as was the fortress in Nafplio. We had the chance to really explore the grounds, and Manos never made us feel rushed.
After a delicious (best food of the trip delicious) meal and the chance to meander the streets, we headed to a winery for a truly wonderful experience with quality wine and excellent company.
Manos was SO accommodating, in fact, that he was willing to extend our trip and show us an additional historical site that was meaningful for us. It made for a truly special and memorable experience.
10/10 recommend. Thankful for the opportunity to learn from Manos!
