This was an amazing tour!!! Roussos was an incredible guide and showed us as much as he could of Old Town Chania in the little time our cruise allowed. We were able to see the town through his eyes and learn so many great things about the old town’s history and culture, but most importantly the delicious food (still thinking about that greek coffee to pita souvlaki😍)! We were (sadly) having to follow the cruise time and only had a handful of hours on the island, but what Roussos showed us left us wanting to see so much more!!! Him and his family were so nice and incredibly welcoming. Whenever we come back, Alma de Creta will be the first to know and we can’t wait to come explore the rest of what Crete and Greece have to offer.

Just can’t say enough about our experience in Chania. Our guide, Roussos Nikoloudakis, was phenomenal! He gave us a great history lesson on Crete and Chania. It was a walking tour so we were able to walk Little Venice, the fort, the harbor and the town square. He had arranged for tapas and wine in an outdoor restaurant. Everything was perfect and I highly recommend this tour and do yourself a favor and ask for Roussos!

This was a comprehensive and thorough walking tour of Chania's Old Town. Antonis was a font of interesting and useful information. Well worth the time and expense.

We thoroughly enjoyed our whole experience with Roussos for the Old Town Food tour. Roussos is very knowledgable and taught us so very much in such a little amount of time. We felt the food chosen were all "hidden gem" spots and everything was very tasty. He helped us even after the tour with other beach suggestions and restaurants, while also providing an excellent bakery for a birthday surprise. I cannot recommend this tour enough!

Kelly was knowledgeable, entertaining, and spoke excellent English! She showed us spots we would have failed to notice on our own. She also gave us great recommendations for restaurants.

Amazing food and history tour. Roussos was patient in showing us around Chania. It was my friend's birthday and he surprised her with a birthday treat from one of the local desert shop which I most say tasted divine (all the food tasted delicious) the portion size is fairly big so try to start this tour on an empty stomach 🙂

ROUSSOS was our guide for a three hour tour of his home town. Right from the start he made us very welcome and by the end of the tour we had made a new friend. His historical knowledge of Chania, Crete and Greece was explained in a manner that was easy to understand and prompted many questions from us. Apart from the historical perspective part of the tour he pointed out good local restaurants, bars and cafes which we have already tried out rather than the more expensive tourists eating places. Overall my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed being with Roussos and if you visit Chania you should try out this really interesting and informative local guided tour.

En intim guided tur, med massevis oplysninger og tidligere historik om Chania.. Smukke gader, med mange gode historier, kan varmt anbefales afslappet og venlig guide, der også servere raki, gedeost samt græsk ost.

So glad I was able to get a tour with Aliki! My son and I loved our walking tour of Chania and sharing a cold coffee to begin! Aliki completely tailored our time to what we wanted to see and accomplish. She has a great disposition and knows everyone in town, it seems! We learned a lot and took some beautiful pictures of the town. I recommend anyone take this tour- a local always knows the best places.
