I must visit educational attraction

Well this had to be one of the highlights of all the attractions we visited. The tour was hosted by Elena. Elena was perfect for this job. She was entusiastic, passionate and extremely knowledgeable about olive farming and milling. With traditional Cretan milling processes that produced the most amazing organic extra virgin olive oil, flavoured olive oil and petimezi. What a great experience and one we shall remember for many years. Thank you so much. Rita x

Grandios

It was a great experience. I learned a lot about growing, maintaining and processing the olive. There was also a tasting of the olive oil. I would recommend to anyone who wants to eat healthy.

Fabulous olive oil tour and tasting

Delightful host who grew up in Tuscany before moving to Crete had deep understanding and wonderful presentation. On Oct 22, 2024, we had tour of the mill on the first day of the harvest. Both the tour and the tasting were excellent. Highly recommend!!!

Yes, Yes, Yes to this small family owned Organic Olive Oil Mill.

My husband and I were given the recommendation to visit this organic olive oil mill from a local tour guide.
It was such a wonderful and thorough understanding on how this family olive oil mill works.
Kiara was our guide and she was simply lovely!
I highly recommend this tour.

Fantastic time had by all

Fantastic tour with Elena who is very knowledgeable and extremely passionate about all things olive. We learned so much. The tastings were a revelation and their oil is superb. Would highly recommend a visit.

Awesome, you won’t regret it!

So friendly and informative! We loved the tour and the little shop. We left feeling like we’d made a new friend! Lots of water provided and bathrooms, great tasting and information about the entire process from growth to bottling. Go!

A visit of extra virgin quality!

Warm welcome and pleasant visit to a company on a human scale.

Very good understanding of the explanations in English despite the fact that we are not English speaking.

Fantastic olive oil farm Crete

During our visit to the Koronekes olive farm in Crete, my girlfriend and I had a fantastic experience. The English-language tour was given with such enthusiasm and passion that the process of organic olive oil production was made very insightful and interesting. Our Guide managed to explain in a fun and accessible way how the olives are grown, harvested and processed into the delicious olive oil we were allowed to taste.

Tasting the different types of olive oil was a teachable moment and really gave us a deeper understanding of the quality and flavors of the olive oil. We enjoyed the tasting and of course we brought some delicious olive oil for home. It is also nice that we know that we can order more online when we run out of stock. All in all it was a great experience that we would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to learn more about olive oil production in Crete!

Interesting tour in a beautiful setting

The tour was very interesting, Eleni made the tour engaging but provided lots of information and was willing to answer questions. We learnt a lot and The tasting at the end was great. The location is set in the olive groves and so the scenery around is beautiful. There was no pressure to buy any products at the end but we were so impressed we did purchase a few different products to take home.

We were warmly welcomed and learned many interesting things.

Highly recommended. We learned a lot about the quality and production of olive oil and the tastings of the different varieties were also very interesting.
In the end we bought some more products like the olive oil and homemade pickled olives in the shop. Here the price-performance ratio is very good.
