Hey!! I was unable to be picked up outside the port BUT the location for pick up is a 5 minute walk. It worried me too prior to getting there but you’ll either walk up the dreaded Santorini steps or take the cable car for $6. Then once on top of the hill/mountain it is about a 5 minute walk to the pick up location. Have good service and use google Maps to get you to the location and if you don’t have service ask for the local bus stop and that’s where you’ll get picked up. I worried so you don’t have to 🙃. Yes there are tours that start at 9am and we got back around 3pm.

Hi, I was staying in Santorini, so I did not need to put the port of arrival. But Santorini is small and, while the meeting point was in Fira, it will not be far to travel to the meeting point. Also, if you have 6 people , maybe they will be willing to meet you whenever you are. The tour was all day and finished around 6 pm, so if your ship is sailing earlier, you might want to get something else.

I used Viator which is a trip advisor company. When you select the tour it will tell you if this is available.

No, the tour picks up customers at the public bus stop in Fira and the tour ends at the same site. You can walk into the old town in Fira for a drink and dinner and see the sunset from Fira. Or you can hop on the bus to Oia where you can have drinks and dinner and see the sunset.
